Firstwire has been great to work with. I needed lots of SEO work and a complete upgrade with my Shopify store. They did a great job with the upgrade and sales have increased since I started working with them so the SEO has improved as well. Our site was in need of a complete upgrade in order to keep up with design trends as well as function and security. Having had bad experiences before with upgrades that did not work correctly and consequently, lost much traffic for us, I was very anxious and hesitant to make any major changes. Firstwire was very professional and I am happy with my website. I was hoping for more suggestions and guidance from them. I felt that it took more of my time to manage all of the changes needed and the direction the site needed to go. I would have been time ahead laying the template out myself and they could take care of the backend of the site. I was hoping with a team of people this would have fast tracked my website getting updated to the newest platform with my provider. Instead, with me being the bottle neck of the project cause I'm not sitting at a desk all day everyday, the project got dragged way out. I realize that there were decisions to be made that they could not make, but I did miss having interaction with a person over the phone or in person. Email only correspondence, I found frustrating.

I would highly recommend Firstwire. They worked diligently to resolve any issues I had and were extremely professional. The Merchant Centre caused us a lot of issues, but Firstwire promptly resolved them all. The ability to contact them by phone and talk to them personally in the event that I had queries or worries was very appreciated. I See The Reviews, I Feel The Service
As I prepare to leave a review, I read the 1-Star Reviews, and yes, we first learned about FirstWireApp from an email that came through our corporate inbox. It is always a bit hard to trust an emailed introduction, but we had some projects that we wanted to implement on our BigCommerce site, but didn't know how to do it. We took a chance and hired First Wire to help us. They spoke to us via Zoom to start and then we migrated to BaseCamp/email communications. Their work was swift and the implementation was successful and was done well with great communication. We continue to utilize their services and I recommend you give them a try.
