khadija agent is worst . she wont help you and makes things very complicated. My item is stuck there and I want to pay for them to ship the item back to me and they not helping.
long story short, i ordered item from UK to Fishisfast UK address and the item FIRST TOOK three weeks to packed and get ready to shipped, once I paid for the shipping, I tracked the item and I saw it was stuck in dhahran in Saudi arabia, I tried to contact fishisfast and they said they address is missing the apartment number which I updated with them. I waited more three weeks and of course nothing has changed. I contacted them and they said is there any other address we can ship the item too and I gave them the other address based on what they requested. the item finally after two months shipped to the second address and of course i had to pay for second shipping. after I received the item I found out there is was $100 in addition to the two times shipping fee that I paid to them . Unfortunately at this time I have another item in my locker and I want this ite to be shipped to me and they are asking me to pay $100 . I asked why is this fee, they said this is the fee for returning the item back to our facility. first of all this is not my responsibility if they couldn't deliveer the item to the correct address, second they said FEDEX contacted me which is not TURE, IT IS EASY FOR THEM OR FEDEX TO SAY WE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU . NOW I AM struggling TO GET MY SECOND ITEM WHICH IS IN MY LOCKER. I CAN NOT PAY FOR THE SHIPPING UNTILL I PAY THE $100 . I AM NOT GOING TO PAY IT AND I WILL LET MY COMPANY TO DEAL WITH THEM . PLEASE USE MYUS COMPANY WHICH THEY HAVE BETTER Customer SERVICE AND THEY RESPOND RIGHT AWAY

SCAM website

SCAM website! they literally sent me this message in order for me to pay for my items' delivery:
"to enable credit card - please provide a picture of the credit card, for security reasons please hide information and show only the last 4 digits and full name"
they refuse to let me pay securely like any decent website, this is the worst experience I've had online.

Long Storage at FishisFast GIVE IT A MISS & DONT

I emailed this business before I started using them about whether they could handle the product I wanted to ship & store. I was told that they had the facility to look after any sort of items and anything could be adjusted to suit the customers needs. WRONG!!

This business gives you 6 months storage for free, and after 5 months I started to organise to consolidate what I had in storage to send home to Australia. This is when the problems started. They are based in New Castle Delaware. But if you have any problems, then administration is somewhere offshore from USA. I have had issues with admin staff not being able to understand simple requests. Administration errors of data into my account, parcels not being put into my locker etc. My first consolidation of 66 small cartons into 3 big cartons with this company I had no assistance in trying to work my way through their system. Delays becasue I had to wait for errors to be fixed that I found, then I was notified the consilidation was complete. I looked over the pictures and found one box with no labels at all on it for my address, no fragile stickers as requested. Then on closer inspection I noticed an item not bubble wrapped and all items were to be bubble wrapped. But the thing I noticed most was that the packing was sub standard for fragile goods. Its clearly evident that the goods will move around in transit in the carton. Requests to have the carton repacked have resulted in demands for payment!! I wont pay for a repack that they already have completed substandard work on!!

Ive had many shipments of these goods airfreighted in the last 5 years and if packed correctly are safe to ship. Now FF are telling me that my goods are too fragile to send by airfreight!! They refuse to repack the items and I have been given an ultimatum of either paying for them to pack the boxes. This I cant do when they have packed substandard packing first time, The other ultimatum is return my goods to the buyers I bought from at a cost of $3 per carton or ship my goods at my cost to somewhere within the USA.

This is what I call holding my goods to Ransom!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU INTEND TO STORE GOODS FOR A PERIOD OF TIME.

Unfortunately Inconsistence Service

Unfortunately, the service recently getting bad like all other forwarding companies, they start good then they turn bad.

If you are from middle east, they will give you hard time, you will get your shipments returns many times for no obvious reasons

not the first time nor the last time that I'll be using fishisfast, it took my package only four days to be delivered ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ keep on the good work guys I really really appreciate your work

they offer multiple shipping methods which suites my need and everything goes seamlessly

Very well organized!

I used Comgateway, my items had gone missing several times there. I find Fishisfast well-organized. I appreciate all the clear photos of my packages in the locker. Customer service responded within an hour, on the weekend too. Getting my items repacked and shipped was fast. Only issue is shipment cost is quite expensive.

Very confused and disappointed!

At first, everything suited me, until the moment came to collect one large package from many small ones. I was very surprised and disappointed when I found out that all my small parcels with fragile goods were unpacked without my knowledge! Very complicated and inconvenient delivery of instructions and feedback! In order not to get into a similar situation, newbies, tick the box to remove unnecessary papers and tick to SAVE the original packaging. I got the impression that this company deliberately confuses people in order to save on other people's packaging and packaging material so that later they can sell it all to you! Remember - tick the box to RETAIN the original boxes and tick to REMOVE the papers. That's how simple they are.

Fishisfast is really fast

Fishisfast is really fast. Packaging and shipping was very fast and Fishisfast reduced weight considerably by repackaging. Well done. The only thing to think about: I had to wait for my shoes 3 months, so in the end I did not need an express shipping.

Not a good company

Not a good company, every single step needs to be approved by them such as adding card, adding items and so on. Instead of 1 hour it is 1 day. to process, will never ever use their services again
