Been using this company for more than 5 years, always great service, fast, and free consolidation, free photos of every package, sometimes even its contents during packing, similar or lower prices per kg for larger packages, never had a single problem, late or lost package in the warehouse, etc.

This was my first time using Fishisfast to send me an item from America to the UK.
I can't believe just how efficient the service was, I was kept fully informed from the moment my package arrived with clear photo's and measurements.
All the instructions were clear and there was a good selection of shipping prices to choose from.
They managed to repack and ship out my items in less than 24 hours and it arrived in the UK a day later, you can't ask for better than that.
In short a top class company that you can trust.

this company have been stolen of 3 shipments from me
they were sent by usps from jomashop and they delivered it to fishisfast then they Denay that they received it.
i called the merchant and he called usps that they confirmed the delivery by fishisfast employs.
i really advise every one no to deal with them

I have been using Fishisfast for over 4 years now. I have shipped many items with it ranging from a few bucks to over 4k USD and I was never worried once.

Items get scanned in less than 6 hours most of the time. Packed in under a day and shipped out in under 2 days if not on weekend.

They are partnered with DHL, and FedEx (and sadly Aramex). I would love to see them also partnered with UPS as it can offer competitive pricing and also a good service.

I can't recommend Fishisfast enough, and I plan to keep using it for the foreseeable future.

Horrible service. They asked why I wanted to forward my package and when I gave them my honest answer that was completely within their terms. They told me they could not forward my package and that I should contact my shipper to return the item. This is very unbecoming of them. I told them to turn off my account and they suspended me from ever starting an account again. Wow! I will tell everyone I know that the service is garbage and clearly a scam.

Unfortunate experience - sent them a parcel, but you can pay only after "security check", which requests a photo of the card or screenshots of the cabinet paypal. In response to the question "why do you ask for such information" was vague answer they say "well, times are like that, your data honestly, honestly, we did not pass anywhere.


Moreover, okay, they would have warned about it before accepting the parcel, but here you learn only when they repackaged it. Had to send back at their own expense to the seller.




In general I do not know, or scammers (as they ask for sensitive payment data), or fools (do not understand that any such data can be stolen), or just think a priori all customers are scammers. You don't know which is worse).
In the end I had to send the parcel back (and pay for the shipping), they blocked my account.

Took less than 9 hrs to be uploaded in the locker ... When the weekend ended it shipped very fast and got a low price for a small and low weight package by Aramex. Delivered 4 days before estimated time. Excellent! Big thanking..

I’ve had about 10 or so packages sent over the last two years and 3 of them have had things missing from them. I understand that mistakes happen but a 70% average isn’t exactly great when all you have to do is move things from one box to another. I would think that they would notice that something was left out of the box… either that or someone is stealing. And customer service was kind but did not offer a way to correct the situation or reimburse. Their answer is always something along the lines of “it must be the sellers error”.

In the times that my packages have arrived with their entire contents, things were great. Twice had broken items but that’s not exactly their fault. But otherwise the website is nice and easy to use and their packing time is reasonable. Cost is good. I hate to have to switch companies but their lack of good customer support and whatever issues the warehouse is having has driven me away.

Very good service. First time customer. My concerns were met with extreme professionalism. Extra services are A1. My package was amazingly double boxed per my request. They had a label and shipped my package within an hour or two of me confirming the package was good to go. Placed confirmation on 9 Sep 22, got my package all the way in Japan 12 Sep 22 on/ahead of schedule. Would use this service again 2000% and have already recommended them to people over here that need these options.
