Awesome service. Definitely the best forwarder in the US, with most services absolutely free. Their end shipping costs are also one of the cheapest too. Recommend!

Avoid at all costs, I am a customer since 2019 and I will not use their services anymore. They will not let you change shipments declaration anymore to under declare expensive items. In my country they seize all items with declaration above 50$ customs require us to pay up to 160% in taxes!!! Yes from 70-160% for example imagine sending a 1500$ laptop or phone to Algeria. You will need to pay a fortnue to receive your parcel. That's way I moved to other services that allow changing customs declaration value to however I want as long as the description is accurate.

My account is old with Fishisfast, but I only shipped two items with it in 2018 or 2019.

Generally, a month ago, I shipped them more than 7 shipments from Amazon and eBay, the shipments were already received and appeared on my account,

I added $15 to my Fishisfast account with my friend's PayPal account, because I don't have PayPal and there are no other payment methods other than PayPal!

Of course, after a few days, I tried to collect the shipment, but I get an error due to a ban on the account.

I contacted support and they told me the shipments were questionable and also the $15 PayPal payment!!!

Generally, they requested a documentary and documents of the PayPal broker because of the different name of PayPal,

I sent them my documents and the documents of my friend, a few days later they told me that they could not verify!

And every time they ask for new documents, once they ask about eBay invoices, and once about Amazon, and once about PayPal, for information I sent them all,

The last request was for the PayPal account holder (my friend) to hold his document and take a photo with him next to his face.

Of course my friend refused because he is not close to me, and it is also me to ask him all that!

I told Fishisfast support about this, but they are not cooperative at all

So far I'm stuck to no avail!

Please beware of them because it is a new scamme method!

This company provided an A+++ experience. Someone tried to defraud me on eBay by using this company's address (despite the fact that I had no international orders). (The buyer claimed the item was stolen and, in the meantime, ordered the item to be delivered overseas to him in Russia, filing a claim against me on PayPal and eBay!) Recommendation: report to eBay right away.

I phoned the security department, and the individual who handled it was efficient and diligent, doing everything possible to prevent the fraudster from sending the item offshore. They are completely legitimate, and they have zero tolerance for deception. I'll be utilizing them and recommending them to friends in the future. Thank you so much for all of your assistance!

This is what FishisFast promises on their website; "Not only do we always cut down size on the box and shave off an inch, we make sure to find a way to reduce dimensional weight so that you can save on shipping. "

Moreover this is what FedEx (the chosen shipper) also says about the issue:

"Package type, dimensions, and weight
The shipping service you choose will have the greatest impact on the price you pay. (That selection comes in the next step of the calculator.) But your shipping price is also partially determined by the size and weight of your package. We calculate prices using either the dimensional weight (dim weight) or actual weight of the package—whichever is greater. (Dim weight reflects a package’s density—that is, the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight.)
Usually, the bigger and heavier your shipment is, the more it will cost. That’s why it’s important to choose a box that’s big enough for your items and packing materials, but not so big that it increases your package’s dim weight needlessly. "

This is the stonewalling and/or contradictory, unhelpful (and somewhat incomprehensible) statements FishisFast customer service agents make when you ask them to repack your items into a smaller box :"the final cost depends on the weight and dimensions of he parcel after packing dear we take in the calculation the one which is bigger in your parcel the actual weight is more than the dimensional weigh and the actual weigh we can not change at all also we do not have the envelop packing , only the box packing available" This was written by Christina.

Only for Sofi to write the following hours later:
"First please note that we only use our boxes to ship
second the dimensional weight here does not matter because the higher is the actual weight and it is what's calculated here no matter how small we make the box shipping fees will not change. we don't have stronger or lighter boxes.we have this box and a double walled box only. "
When I asked her that wouldn't they have had to ship with Amazon's delivery boxes if I hadn't requested that my parcels be unpacked, she had no answer.

Essentially, FishisFast wants me to pay at least $76 (Cheapest shipping option) for a parcel containing just 2 pants, 2 packs of permanent markers, a pack of garden labels, 3 wall calendars, 2 very flat workbooks, and a wrist splint into a box that measures 12 x 12 x 6 inches and apparently weighs 500g, such that the total weight of the items went from 3.2kg to 3.7kg after they were packed! It was after I requested that the items be packed into a smaller and lighter box or into a large mailing bag that I received the above unhelpful, contradictory statements from two different CS agents. I even asked them to repack the items into one one of the smaller boxes one of the items were delivered in but they refused.

While I found the cusomer service responsive, they were extremely unhelpful and often incomprehensible most of the time, may be it has something to do with them being located in Egypt and not in the US where the company is based .

If you don't want to spend most of your money needlessly on shipping costs, avoid this company.Another international parcel forwarder located in the same Delaware would ship this same parcel using the same shipping company for $50, $26 less! So, as not to seem as if I'm advertising for them, any interested person can go to ship7's website and compare their pricing with that of FishisFast.
The problem with this forwarder though is their customer service which takes forever to respond, but they will in the end ALWAYS repack your items in a smaller box if you are insistent unlike fishisfast. Moreover, their boxes don't weigh half a kilogram like fishisfast's!
To make matters worse, after overpaying for delivery, Fishisfast apparently doesn't give the courier the whole payment because the delivery agents will not release your parcel until you pay another $10 approx as "custom tax" which they never provide a government receipt for.

I wonder if they are going to suspend or even close my account now too for writing this review as so many other reviewers have had done to them. I certainly hope my items don't go missing or damaged too. I will write an update if any of the above happens.

I have used this company for 4 years and have decided to stop and warn everyone of how terrible it has gotten. It started out as a good experience with nice customer service. Now it is absolutely terrible to work with and makes consolidation and shipping a nightmare. The benefits of this company no longer outweigh the disadvantages.

They had their website said buy from US and shipping to US, when I bought my stuff overseas and shipped to their warehouse, and I followed their website to submit a shipping request, they said they cannot ship to US. Then I was trying to argue and also gave my friends address from Canada asking them to ship there instead. They DO NOT want to communicate and said they have made the FINAL decision. I don’t know where my stuff gonna go, am I going to lost it or they will steal it from me. They are thief, learn my lessons and AVOID them!

Being with Fishisfast over 3 years now , solid work and crazy fast packaging and easy payment options .

The first time i use FiF, i had bought some items from Aamazon, and Amazon has shiped them to FIF, all my orders are stuck in there, i only received a small box which is not even the half of what Amazon shiped to FIF!!!!!
There's not tracking number for the rest of my shipment, they have lost my 2 other shipements and no one answers and i only have to deal with different people on a chat box. this is not professional at all!!!!!
I AM SOOO DISSAPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED
I lost my money, and my items and no one take this seriously or tries to solve the problem I have all the proofs that Amazon has delivered my orders to FIF.

Trust me this FIF IS NOT FAST AT ALL, they steal your money and lose your items too
