Hostage Order: Refused to ship because of my review

I chose this company because they promised delivery in 2-4 days. It’s now been 8 days and my order hasn't even left. The CEO, Lars P., was polite at first, but it was just stalling. He completely ignored that I need this product for rehab after a major surgery—for me, every day matters. Eventually, I got tired of seeing his back-and-forth emails with DHL Denmark. It was so unprofessional: they were just arguing about the package size and value while I was left waiting. When I told him I’d file a complaint, he actually mocked me for using an AI to help with my English. Even if I do, how does that excuse him for missing the deadline? I just want the product I paid for.

Just for fun, updating my post, I have just received the following email from DHL: Hej Lars,
Vi leder desværre fortsat efter din pakke.
Efterlysningen afsluttes 10 hverdage efter vi har startet den, og herefter vil du høre nærmere.
Jeg ønsker dig en god dag.

Updated after CEO-s answer: It would be great if his response were true, but the order was never fulfilled as requested. Instead, the shipping was made conditional on me deleting my previous review. Because I refused to remove my honest feedback, the company unilaterally decided to cancel my order and issue a refund against my wishes.

I would suggest the leadership consult with a professional, as making a paid contract dependent on the removal of a review is a very questionable practice under EU consumer laws. My claims are fully documented, but I don't want to any legal consequences, I was just outraged by this procedure.

I genuinely regret this outcome because the products seem excellent. However, my rehab cannot wait, and I’ve had to go to a competitor. Just a final note: the package that was "lost" for 10 days suddenly surfaced right after the CEO's decision to cancel my order, and according to GLS, it's already backway to the sender. Now I’m just waiting for my money, which has been held for over 12 days for no reason.

We also want to clarify that you were offered two clear solutions in our previous correspondence: 1. a full refund or 2. a replacement shipment. This option remains available to you.

Your order was placed late on April 27 and dispatched within the agreed handling time (April 28). The stated delivery timeframe of 2–4 working days is an estimate provided by the courier (GLS not DHL), not a guarantee, and unfortunately delays can occur if a shipment is misplaced during transit. As reflected in the communication you shared, the package is currently under investigation by the carrier, which is standard procedure when a shipment cannot be located.

Throughout this process, we have responded to every one of your emails and maintained continuous contact with both you and GLS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. At no point were your messages ignored.

Regarding your comments on communication, we take professionalism very seriously. We cannot accept AI-generated threats of formal complaints or reputational damage while an active courier investigation is ongoing. Particularly when solutions have already been offered and the order was placed only a week ago. In your message, you requested a resolution within 24 hours and indicated that you would escalate the matter through formal complaints and public reviews if this timeframe was not met.

Our goal remains the same: to resolve this situation fairly and as quickly as possible. We are still ready to proceed with either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

We kindly encourage you to contact us directly so we can finalize a solution.

BFR using

I had a BFR since 2022 and I am very happy with it. My inflator had a problem 1 month ago and i had the chance to talk with Lars who takes on his time to answer me. After sending the inflator to him, only 10 day after i had it back. Very professional you can trust this very good society!

I bought a used complete set of…

I bought a used complete set of fitcuffs v.1 and have now used it for 3-4 months, they work perfectly and especially happy with the metal couplings which will last the next 100 years :-)
2 weeks ago I upgraded with a bluetooth LOP Device which works perfectly, however I had some challenges with the installation of the app itself, sent an email to Lars who replied within 2 hours, perfect customer service :-)
I have 2 proposals for product development.
1. A y coupling or t-piece so that you only need one pump.
2. A slightly narrower arm cuff for use by swimmers (my primary training)
3. The narrower arm cuff can also be used by those of us with short arms.

Really great products

Really great products!

Great quality on the products and I have used both the 1st version and the 4th and they both are really good and get 1st version is still going strong.

Customer service is also along the best I have ever experienced with a quick response times on email and great help if anything is needed.

Perfect. Nothing more to say.

The delivery was very fast. The email contact also ran smoothly and very quickly. The Fitcuff team is very customer and solution-oriented. The products received are manufactured to a high quality and make a very solid, high-quality impression. I'm already looking forward to the first use.

Top quality product! Even better service!

As an BFR enthousiast I was looking for good quality cuffs for daily use in my Physical Therapy praxis.
I emailed the company with some technical questions and got a very quick response and detailed response. This resulted in ordering a great set of cuffs wich are very easy and comfortable to use!

I was used to working with H+, but the connection between valve/cuff was sometimes difficult. Not the case with Fit Cuffs!! Very easy to lock and release!
Because off the wide design they are very comfortable in comparison with H+.

Amazing after sales service with again very quick response on questions, even after office hours.

Long story short; love this BFR brand!
