Good, simple and effective equipment.
Very good after-sales service

I use the cuffs every day within different sessions of athletic training🦾
Most other stuff is not working on Athletes and intensive training but the FitCuffs do!
Support is also available and excellent for help if there is anything…

First impression / review

I have used cheaper (and lower quality) BFR from the market - both swedish brands and over seas, but they all suffer from bad quality or plastic components that brakes. Fit Cuffs uses only topnotch and Steel contacts.

The fit are perfect and with its online app
its very easy to calculate how much mmHg you should use - just measure around your arm, write it in the app and it Will calculate - easy.

I did try both 80 and 90 today (my measurments shows 90 mmHg) and it both felt good

Very friendly customer service that responds to emails and SoMe very quickly. They are helpful and guide you through the process.
The product is of great quality. I use it clinically with patients and personally for muscle hypertrophy and i have used the product since the v2 version.

Their occlusion gadget is good, we are using these very often in our clinic.

Personally used these for rehabilitation of knee problems and also for hypertrophy purposes and have had great results in both aspects.
The fit of the v3 leg cuffs is perfect.

The cuffs are very comfortable and good looking, they keep the required pressure and the one size fits all feature is really helpful.

I bought this BT application, but there is no such an app in Android play shop. In advertising it says free app but its nowhere to be found. This site is also confusing explaining lots of details my where confused way.

Great experience with Lars and Fitt cuff I'm physiotherapist and I really recommand BFR with fitt cuffs.

Great tool...great for rehab

Very fast in delivery (Germany), seems to be good product quality and has got smart packages as well.

Maybe a paper when I shouldn't use it and when it's helpfull would be nice (or maybe a hint to the website).

Easy to put on on legs and arms, also the bluetooth adapter is easy connected and helpfull.
