Intentionally disengenuous business…

Intentionally disengenuous business practices bordering on a scam.
Make sure that you get all three subsbriptions cancelled upon calling:
Fitculator Membership
Salt Plus Pepper Membership
FD Madisson Membership

(You should get 3 confirmation e-mails)
I also got my 2$ refunded by complaining that no part of the service is personalised, as advertised.

The poor phone receptionist will feed you a script but you just have to be insistent.

I’m writing a review because I’ve been…

I’m writing a review because I’ve been using the meal plan now for just over a month. I feel a big improvement since the start. It took a couple of days to get used to the keto foods, but after about a week you start to feel healthier.

It seems the other people in these reviews might not read the website properly. It’s clear that you get access to another site - I use it for help when I’m exercising.

I recommend printing out your meal plan, it’s easier to have it in the kitchen. I misplaced mine so I had to call the customer support who sent out another copy right away, no hassle.

Thanks!

It's not a scam but you must read the terms and conditions

I'm giving a poor review for a couple of reasons - 1) I was interested but after going through all the steps to input the foods that I want included and those that I do not, the meal plan did not take any of my choices and needs into consideration. I'm sure it's a standard, everyone gets the same thing until they start billing you monthly.

2) I'm giving a poor rating because of the billing practices.
I read the terms and conditions, they clearly state after the $1.99 fee for the 7 day trial, you will be charged $23.95 a month until you cancel or you must cancel within the 7 day trial period to avoid the monthly fee.

It is a little bit deceptive, you are told that you will get a free trial to 2 other apps as well but the cost of these is buried in the terms and conditions, where it also states that you must call, not email and that deleting the app does not stop the service.

After the 7 day trial, you will not only be charged $23.95 a month for fitculator but you will be charged and additional $23.95 a month for FD Madison and after a 75 day trial period, you will be billed $9.95 for Salt plus pepper subscription. So this means, if you did not read the terms and conditions, you will end up paying $47.90 a month after 7 days and that will go up to $57.85 a month on day 76. That’s a lot of monthly charges to slide in on someone.

The good news, it's pretty easy to cancel these services but it does take 2 phone calls - one will take care of FD Madison and Salt plus Pepper - that # is: 1-866-856-4807 (USA) it takes only a few minutes, you'll need to give your name, email and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to sign up. No hard sell (I spoke to Hazel), once I said I wanted to cancel everything, she cancelled it, provided a confirmation #, sent a confirming email for both the above listed accounts and confirmed I would not be billed anything after the $1,99 which I had agreed to when signing up.

The second # to call is: 866-773-0593. This # is for Fitculator, here's the dig, they are only open 12-8 and I'm not sure what time zone that's in.

I'm waiting for it to hit noon eastern time so I can call and cancel this last subscription, I'm hoping its as easy and friendly as it was dealing with the other sites.

***************************UPDATE*******************************

At noon I called the # I have for Fitculator - 866-773-0593.
This # belongs to Fingerhut but lucky me, I won a special prize just for calling (Oh My God).

I did a bit more research, found a number that works for Fitculator: 844-347-2586

Here's the kicker, I called this # and I spoke to a nice young lady named Hazel - Yup, the very same Hazel that assisted me with cancelling the subscriptions to FD Madison and Salt plus Pepper but was not able to help me with cancelling Fitculator when I called 1-866-856-4807 to cancel those subscriptions.

it's a bit crazy, cancelling these was easy and as previously, I got a cancellation # and a confirming email quite quickly but tracking the # to call these people was a chore.

The # is in the terms and conditions but after I read them to understand what I was signing up for, I'm unable to access them again without going through the sign up process again.

If it wasn't these subscriptions you are automatically entered for, it would be more stars.
Although the meal plan looks decent, they included the ingredients which I specifically asked not to due to the allergies.
But it looks nice. It has all the recipes. And it really would have been very good if they just drop that idea of third parties being involved. And probably got more people buying it as well.
Calling to cancel took me just a few minutes, no long waiting on the line.
There is however email address which could be perhaps used, although the terms and conditions give a phone number only.
Unfortunately emails are not allowed in reviews.

My sister and I have been using

My sister and I have been using the keto meal organizer for a month now and it helped us lose some weight. Some days are hard but it’s fun to try cooking new things and exercising together is helping.

I’m not sure why other reviews are saying scam? The website has all the information on it, PLUS they sent me emails with login information for my accounts and the phone number.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!

If you sign up for this, it will also sign you up for two other subscriptions, without asking for your consent. I called the USA number listed at the bottom of the subscription email and got through (none of the other number would work, calling from Australia). I got a refund and my $2 refunded.

Meal plan (keto) plus recipes - so far so good

I saw this advertised on my Facebook and decided to try it. After I did the questions i got emailed a Keto meal plan for only 1.99. The meal plan has soooo much information in it like the recipes and workout ideas which helped me (i'm new to this).

They sent a couple of emails that gave me access to more recipes and even videos for helping with my exercise and when i forgot my password i could call the support to send a reset.

All the information is right on the website which was helpful.

CANCEL IMMEDIATELY! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I only gave them one star because you have to give them a star to be able to write a review. This company deserves less than zero stars for their predatory practices, sneaky business model, and lack of contact information making it impossible for the consumer to protect themselves and have any recourse.

PLEASE CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS IMMEDIATELY. You will end up wrapped into 3 subscriptions with your $1.99 one time charge. 7 days later you will pay $23.95 (automatically), and then you will see two other reoccurring charges month to month after that from TWO MORE COMPANIES with two more separate subscriptions.

The two numbers I used to cancel are:
Fitculator
1-866-773-0593 (USA M-F 12p - 8p EST)

FDMadisson & Salt Plus Pepper
1-866-856-4807 (I called on a Sunday and was able to get through after sitting for 30 min waiting for them to answer)
Once I cancelled I got 2 emails— one for FDMadisson, and another for Salt Plus Pepper. That’s when I realized there was another number for the Fitculator subscription.

I will never, ever, EVER use my actual bank card for these kinds of things again, and I will check all reviews beforehand. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY & ITS AFFILIATES!!

Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Wish I could give less than 1 star.
Meal plan was terrible. Included things I didn't check like mushrooms. To which I am allergic. But I figured hey it's 1.99.
Days later I have a charge of 23.95 from a company that I don't know. After Googling and Calling!! They tell me I signed up for something that I did NOT!! After 30 mins of back and forth with customer service. I was told I will receive a refund. Their number is 18667730593 I suggest everyone call and dispute!!!

Its a diet plan with workouts and recipes. The diet plan is 1.99 which is very cheap compared to most plans available online. Some vegetables i didn't select showed up on my meal plan. thats why I gave them 4 stars.

Once you answer the questions you get a meal plan and access to workout and recipes sites.. they send you your login via email. I like the workout site. A lot of good workout plans,

I am not sure why people are calling it a scam?? They have the terms on the site and in the emails with a phone number to call and cancel. I haven't called yet as im on week 2 and I do see some results.

Scam!!!!

I, like most others who have posted, also fell for this scam. They have ads all over Facebook and Instagram. They make absolutely no mention that you will later be charged unless you view their terms and conditions which most people don't do. Sneaky and should be illegal to get away with. I will be giving them a call to cancel.

Scammed

I just purchased the custom meal plan and this is not customized. They asked if I wanted something excluded and of course I said something I was allergic to and once I paid for the meal plan I found the item I was allergic to all over the meal plan. If you don’t read the fine print you will be charged $23 after 7days. Be aware and careful

Scam with hidden charges.

Like many comments already mentioned this is a 100% scam. They do not mention any subscriptions to you just automatically sign you up to their horrible websites. Also, they do not give you keto plan. You end up paying around $100 every month.

1. Fitculator subscription (not meal plan)- and will be billed $23.95 monthly at the end of the 7 day free trial
2. "30 day free membership trial to us.madisonfitnesslife.com. At the end of the free trial, I consent to be billed $23.95 every 30 days"
3. "I also consent to sign up for the 75 day free membership trial to us.saltpluspepper.com.mwap.mobi At the end of the free trial, I consent to be billed $9.81 every 30 days on the credit card provided"
