I ordered online for a 4kg steel mace…
I ordered online for a 4kg steel mace bell exercise equipment on October 27th and i would like to pick up the item in person. I am still waiting for my reply if they have the stock so I can pick up the item from the warehouse. On their website, it says they have it on stock. Yet I've been waiting for over 10days now.

Stay clear of this company!
Stay clear of this company!! The worst service I’ve ever encountered. Took 10 days for a product to arrive in Melbourne and then send the wrong product. After several attempts to speak to someone who “could help me” they advised me that I’d need to send the product back and that they sent me the wrong product because what I ordered was out of stock. Still haven’t received a refund after almost 7 days.
If you’re considering buying from this company save yourself the bother and go elsewhere! You might pay a little more elsewhere but trust me it’ll be well worth the lack of stress and not having to speak to a brick wall.
