First time to use this company and I have no complaints, product arrived in perfect t condition, I was kept updated on tracking as it travelled all the way to Ireland.

The gym equipment is outstanding and extremely high quality piece of equipment. The only part of my purchase that I was unsatisfied with was the shipping. It is advertised that your order would be received a week from purchase, which incorrect. I had major problems receiving my package and was unsatisfied with how it was given to me. The tracking link I was sent was also in a different language making it extremely hard for me to tell what stage my package was on. I received 3/4 parts of my package a month after shipping in ripped open boxes. They could not confirm if all parts were in the box. I had to further wait another 2 weeks for the last package to come as it was pronounced missing. I myself had to contact fitness digital to receive updates. They were unable to provide me with the whereabouts for my package. My package did eventually come and I again am extremely happy with the equipment.

I bought a bench with leg attachment. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, works well and it's prefect for what I need. I'd buy again from this company as I had no issues.

We received a treadmill which worked for one day before malfunctioning. We purchased the thread mill on September 2024 and by January 2025 it still doesn’t work fully. We received the part that needs to be replaced and have been advised that it’s a self assessment part despite an engineer calling out twice prior to this and telling us he would install it.
The whole experience has been awful from start to finish. Do not use this company/

Unbeatable price on my Proform El carbon crosstrainer. Delivered within specified time and in perfect condition.

Still waiting for the delivery 18 days now and counting lets see what arrives if anything.

Was a little sceptical as the gym purchased was more than €400 cheaper than a local supplier for the very same product, but it arrived as advertised and within the suggested time for delivery. Very happy with my experience of using this company.

I ordered Reebok A4.0 Elliptical - Silver and Floor Protection Mat on 19th Dec 2024 (Order number PV1703419). The order was supposed to be delivered on 31st Dec 2024. Only the Floor Protection Mat was delivered and Reebok A4.0 Elliptical was never delivered. I followed up for delivery of my order, for which I got no reasonable response from them. Based on lack of support, I have sent them an email for refund on 6th Jan 2025, however there is no response. The money was taken off my account when I ordered on 19th Dec 2024. It has been 20 days as of yesterday but neither delivery of the item nor refund has been provided and the worst part is no reply from the seller on my refund emails. This is a terrible situation as my money is stuck with them and I don't have the product yet. Very stressful dealing with them.

UPDATE: 20Jan2025, After a lot of emails, still no complete resolution and horrible support from the seller. The Reebok A4.0 Elliptical was never delivered and no reason was provided. I am chasing them to collect back the floor protection mat as it is of no use in absence of the elliptical exerciser since last 15 days, but they are not responding on this. THIS IS AGAINST THE POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE where they mention to refund if it is their fault.

I received the product in due time and the quality is what I expected but I have asked to return the product and have been waiting for a pickup for the same for two weeks now without an adequate response.

I had ordered a NordicTrack treadmill from fitnessdigital.ie and it weighed around 100 kgs at least! But the delivery was done so smoothly and the customer care was very quick to respond to my questions, which made my experience purchasing this item really good!
Quality and performance of the product is great!

I bought 30mm Tunturi weight plates. All came reasonably quick, no problem what so ever. Planning to buy more in future

Recently purchased a Boxter treadmill from Fitness digital., delivery was very efficient and product was easily set up and running in 30mins.

Treadmill is perfect for home use and links well with kinomap for home workouts.

i thought there was a 2 year warranty with my treadmill based on their website, my running deck broke at the end of this period, literally 10 days after but they would not look after me, they told me i should have registered with the manufacturer within 30 days of purchasing to get the warranty, anyhow i'm really disappointed and would advise against anyone else purchasing from them

Delivered to my door in the estimated time and was in perfect condition.

Score! A good deal and I knew exactly when it would arrive. Setting it up was a bit of a project, but worth it. Now I can get swole without leaving the house. Goodbye, gym membership fees, hello gains!

I ordered a Nordictrack crosstrainer which wss €1000 less than everywhere else. It arrived bang-on time, and was packaged really well.

The delivery driver (a lovely fella) would not let me and my wife carry the package, and insisted on carrying it into our garage. Cannot fault great service like that.

An absolute grand experience with FitnessDigital! This be me second time shopping with 'em, and I couldn't be happier. Their reliability is top-notch, from the quality o' their products to the swift delivery—everything's been spot on. But, I'll have ya know, I did run into a wee bit o' bother tryin' to get in touch with customer service through the Irish website; seemed a tad tricky, it did. Now, that didn't spoil the overall experience for me, mind ya, but it'd be grand if they'd sort that out. And would ya believe it, on the invoice, there's the phone number for FitnessDigital Spain—bit peculiar, if ya ask me. But despite these quirks, I still have full faith in this company and would recommend 'em to anyone in the market for top-notch fitness gear. Five stars, no question about it

Got the Marcy Eclipse HG3000 Home Gym. From the time of purchase I could track where my parcel was and it was delivered within the window that they gave me. Driver rang me beforehand to ensure that someone would be home. Everything was in order and I had the gym assembled in 3hours. Assembly instruction were plain and simple, I just laid everything out beforehand to make sure that all of the parts would be in sequence of assembly. Just using it for a day so far but it seems to be well made and robust.

Delivered on time , full tracking, hassle free. Prompt response.
