Excellent customer service
I ordered some new balance trainers and initially the wrong colour was sent. I emailed and got a prompt reply from Jordan who communicated with me and ensured we received the trainers in time for our holiday. He even emailed before posting the order to double check as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong size and he noticed from the original order. Fabulous customer service and communication.
