I had a new veranda Nd skirt fitted 9th Sept although. It looks lovely the guys worked. Hard. After they left saw the joining strip protruding upwards. On the back of my park home.plus they cut the cladding on my park home obviously they repaired. The joining strip but seem to be not accepting responsibility the. To Cut my cladding had several visits. Fro. Sales rep. Of Fitrite. None if them seem.ti be acknowledging the. Damage. Even though my friend pointed out the. Damage to Fitrite sales. Rep. Communucatuo been appalling from work starting. To finishing. The former sales rep nick butler on first visit to give. Quote was. 1.5 hrs late. Then the. New sakes rep Jon kates arranged to visit me 30th Oct. Came home from work waited he didn't turn up contacted hi. He put my appt. In for wrong day.. I've since reco. Mended the company one if my clients going ahead with the company had no Communucatuo. Issues.

I found FItrite to be an outstanding company .Their work was excellent and attention to detail amazing Friendly workmen and i was kept informed at all times with help from Amanda head of customer service

absolutely disgrace, job took well over quoted time to do. Then fence fell down, supplied the wrong fence to what we were quoted.
No response to my emails or any correspondence I send.
In the hands of the finance company. Do not use, they are a bunch of cowboys.

All the staff at Fitrite have been very professional from start to finish. My request for a quote was answered the same day and an appointment to visit quickly followed. Nick was so helpful and came up with a design for the decking that far exceeded my expectations. The work commenced on the date I was given. The fitters Ben and Joe were amazing. They are friendly, helpful and extremely good at what they do. I am delighted with the decking, it has totally transformed my garden and I would highly recommend this company. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After purchasing a brand new static caravan off of a well known caravan site, we opted to have some added decking to complete our new holiday home.
We had to wait approximately 8 to 10 weeks, not so bad, as we also had extra decking added to our other holiday home.
Decking done, looks lovely apart from quite a big mark to one of the pillars, we have tried to remove it, but sadly it won't shift.
We have only been waiting since April/May time for fitrite to finish the job and fit our gate that we also ordered and paid for, "through the park".
So sad as we have a little dog who would love it on park, I haven't brought him due to the lack of safety without the gate.
We have complained more than several times to the park, I've also contacted Fitrite myself to ask about my gate, spoke with Simon Sleep on the phone plus we've exchanges emails, his last one saying, he will look into this, that was roughly 2 weeks ago.
Please Fitrite, sort this our ASAP, otherwise can you refund me the cost of a new gate plus fitting, then we can look somewhere else?

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. The decking they have installed is fabulous we could not be happier,

The fitters were very nice, very professional and highly skilled at what they do, my father had a mini stroke while they was here and they was fantastic. They ran to get the difibulator onsite and they helped the ambulance find us

They completed the job in 2 days and we could not be happier

We had a slight issue with the lights they fitted, but Liam on the customer service side was very responsive, kept us updated and got the problem resolved as soon as they could

I would definitely use them again.

Yesterday was scheduled our fences installation with Fitrite 16/09.
We received an email a month and a half ago from the company manager with the information and confirmation of dates.

The surprise was when nobody showed up on the 16/09 and I rang the manager and he couldn’t give me and answer. He said he will find out with the head office xD after that, he never contact us. Next day I have received a call from customer service telling me they are having delays with orders and at the end of December probably will be the new date…

Our disappointment and sadness was huge because we trusted this company and if there was an issue it’s ok but please let us know. It’s looks like they forgot.

Sadly, we asked our refund back.

Customer service dealt with everything very well thanks God and they help us to get our money. At least, a relief and we are happy with the sales manager treatment and customer service.

I hope they will investigate what happened and the person in charge of my order and project become aware about how important is attention to detail and communication because is causing damage to this company.

We just had our summer house and decking built by Fitrite, it was nicely done, first class standard. Huge thanks to Mick Scales, Ash, Kelsey and Connor for the excellent job done👌

Fitrite made a very good job of our decking. Kelsey and Ash, the fitters were very polite and cleaned up after everything. They gave it a good clean up after they finished the job. It took 4 days to complete and I thoroughly recommend them and the company. 10 out of 10.

I would highly recommend Fitrite, fantastic job completed in full in 4 days. Their knowledgeable and professional fitters were amazing and done the job to my specifications, and couldn’t have more helpful, Ricardo especially!!!
Once finished they thoroughly cleaned the area that they were working, and done a complete check around the fence to ensure that I was completely happy with the work.
Would 100% use them again!!, and even my neighbours were impressed and asked for a visit from their sales team.
Thank you again, what a difference to my back garden.

I would like to say a big thank you for my Decking I am absolutely delighted great workmanship the finished work is fantastic 20 out of 20.

Cock-ups from the start. Veranda...Salesman's measurements were wrong so the steps were initially in the wrong place. The fitters cut the steps to accommodate the error leaving the top step only 6cm deep, instead of a full plank. Company not interested in rectifying despite it being dangerous to anyone frail.
Fence...Installed with concrete that had to be replaced, gate still wonky. Threatened with bailliffs if we don't pay the balance even though it's defective. No-one from the company has inspected. Order number 902120684 +1
I would not recommend this company at present

Not great tbh for 4k I expected a perfect fence there's glue marks all over fence faded grey parts next to dark grey after lads finished 3 pieces of fence blew away tops of posts blowing away glue all over them so not exactly built to a high standard pretty shoddy wish I'd went else were not happy at all 2nd visit today for remedial works again lad had no idea what to do and couldnt fix it on day have wait again getting very tedious now will not ever use these again even lad who came out said it was shocking ill update if its ever fixed update onto 3rd week 2nd person to come our and fo nothing gates dragging along floor and pulling fencedown now shocking how bad this is NEVER using these again absolutely awful getting fed up nos looks like going to have to go to court to get this sorted and speak to bank update gate locks are now falling of as they have put screws into hollow plastic post it's just getting silly how bad this company are currently seeking advice about going to court as this lot are charlatans DO NOT USE awful and looks awful
