We had 50m2 of decking a couple of weeks ago and eveything has surpassed our expectation. A couple of days before fitting we had a courtesy call to check we were still OK for the fitters to arrive and if we needed any clarification on anything.
We had Jake & Jenson, 2 really talented lads fit the deck. We can't speak highly enough of them - to us they are Fitrite and what representatives they were of their company - they made small changes we asked for in the layout, made suggestions as we were going along, worked hard and for long days to get done asap. They completed the work with a smile on their face, nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely polite and professional - a credit to their business.

Just had small decking area installed . Prompt,efficient and courteous fitters . Finished job looks fabulous. More than happy to recommend.

I bought a Holiday lodge in 2020 and Fitrite gave me a quote for decking.
I accepted the quote and within 6 weeks Fitrite fitted the decking.
Very pleased with the work and price
Upon completion is was told it came with a 25 year Warranty.
Forward to 2024 and the decking started to fade quite badly.
I rang Fitrite with a doubt in my mind that the 25 year Warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on, and they would try and get out of doing anything.
How wrong I was.
A guy called Neil came out took loads of Pictures and said he would be in touch.
Forward a couple of weeks and another guy Chris arrived for an inspection, he is one of the main men.
He said straight away, it's a manufacturing problem and we will replace it.
He asked if I could wait a couple of months as they were really busy and he would be in touch.
November arrived and he rang to say they would replace it in the first week of January 2025.
January arrived,I was informed the guys will be here the 6th
Monday 6th arrived so did Fitrite and work started.
It took 10 working days to complete and I can't fault the work that was done.
In this day and age, when companies try to get out of their responsibilities Fitrite stepped up to the plate and replaced everything.
Thanks Chris and all the team and a special mention to Steve one of the fitters that made sure everything was perfect before they left.

They removed all the old decking and had to carry everything as they couldn’t get their vehicle near to our van, them put the new composite decking and skirts around our caravan leaving the area neat and tidy. All within 4days. Looks good

Recently had storm damage to my Fitrite Decking that was a reasonably easy fix with the correct spare parts.
Telephoned Fitrite Head Office and spoke to a very knowledgeable employee ‘Liam’ and explained what had happened. He requested photographs of the damage and arranged all the spare parts I required to make good repairs. All parts arrived within 5 days with NO CHARGE !
Cannot fault this excellent “Old Fashioned Customer Service” Well done Liam, well done Fitrite.

We had Fitright install our new Balcony with skirting steps and a gate, what a first class job, we had free range of what colours to choose from, From the first contact with sales advisor Lee Cann to completion by fitters Mark, Carlos and Mark, unfortunately we were unable to oversee the works but seeing what they had done the day after was a total transformation to our caravan. We would highly recommend this guys for all your decking needs.

What a refreshing change to find a company which delivers on their promises. Fitrite have installed a beautiful deck area and glazing around our caravan in South Devon and have made a superb job of it. Lee Tanton, our sales executive guided us regarding what would best suit our location, even providing photographs of similar locations in different colours. Our site rules are firm about size and materials used, and a good choice is provided by Fitrite.
We were unable to oversee the works in person, but the fitting team worked hard to provide a great job, leaving our premises clean and tidy.

Along with their long term partners in crime, Parkdean resorts. More specifically, Regent bay, Morecambe.
Own a static holiday home? Used 'Fitrite'? Happy? Then you are blissfully unaware that you've been ripped-off by over/around 80% of the actual costs of a similar fitting. Their own senior staff/fitters even confirmed same while in conversation. I had my suspicions and delved wherever possible, and all was confirmed when Fitrite (who coincidentally don't fit right. Oh, the irony) refused a breakdown in costs on the questionable £14k+ we paid for what seemed little in return. Emails mentioning the 'freedom of information act' ignored. If that doesn't tell you something, nothing will.
Don't think this is over, you theiving b******.
P.S. Still waiting for the promised repairs. However, don't bother, I'll have the cub scouts do it.

The staffs are nice and helpful. Mick Scales and Ellis are nice and kind.
They have built a very cozy garden room.

Warning, do not use at your peril!!!!!!!
Gave them a deposit of £5,600 in May 24 for a £11,000 decking and fencing job.
All went well until the installers installed decking and fencing that was not what was asked for, was quoted for, and a deposit paid for.

They removed the incorrect installation and put a new one in. However they bodged it and within weeks faults and missing parts were being found almost on a daily basis. They fixed some of them but some were so poorly fitted the first time someone put their hand on a stair rail it collapsed.

Then they refused to do any more of the repairs which by now were casing movement in all the decking until the balance was paid. They refused and ripped out the installation and now we have no decking or fencing and they are refusing despite numerous requests to refund the deposit.

Five associated companies have in the last two months been liquidated with big debts, and it will Fitrite Fencing and Decking Ltd will go the same way soon.

Chose this company to put in full decking on our static van, including skirting and steps based on a friends recommendation. Reall glad I did as they have done a first rate job from start to finish. The materials were very good and the vertical posts were solid construction not hollow and so felt very sturdy. A special thanks to the two fitters, David Thompson and Kyle Williams. They worked almost non stop to get the project finished on time. Very professional,and friendly. Our neighbouring caravan owner also commented on their work ethic and friendliness. The price quoted was very competitive especially as the materials were of such good quality. Would highly recommend this company to others.

We found Fitrite product to be the best suited for our needs of a maintenance free deck. The company was really efficient as were the various team members we dealt with. The installation team, Kelsey & Ash were extremely efficient, polite and very tidy and left a very clean and perfect deck.

Yet happy. to take my 50% deposit. I then paid the. Other. 50%. I recommended. The company to. A client if mine dho had an incredible service they'd. Phone my client. With a start date. They gave. An extra 10%. Off. First. Telling the company. How she found the. Name of the company an extra 5%. Because. She left a review. I received nothing like that only had rudeness. From a member. If staff. Called Amanda who. Hing up. On me! Very. Rude. I certainly will not be recommending Fitrite. Again. I'm having to pay. To have my cladding. Repaired thanks to Fitrite cutting it and denying it! The work in my veranda. Was. Scheduled. To start 5th Sept. No one turned. Up. Contacted sales. Rep he said it scheduled to start 6th. Sept. 2024. No one bothered. To inform me. The lads worked 2 hrs. Fri 6th. Sept pulled one of my joining strips up and bent it and left. I pulled team leader aside. And showed him he. Glued. It down! No apology. Mon 9th Sept 2024. They cut my cladding it went in trust. As I was. Out work. Hsd the. New sales. Rep out he arranged a day. Didn't turn up and I came home. Specially. Contacted. The sales. Rep he out my booking in on wrong day! He came while I was. Out at work he. Said. My friend didn't see. Him that day. She home most. If the. Day. Although I'm really pleased. With my veranda and skirt. The company communication. With me appalling. That my experience. Of Fitrite!

I think FitRite is an amazing company. They’re super quick, really professional, and do such a great job. I love the fence and gate they installed—they’re solid and look fantastic. The whole process was smooth, and you can tell they pay attention to every detail. If you’re looking for quality work done right, I’d definitely recommend FitRite!

Had some decking designed and installed by FITRITE professionals recently and the whole process was easy and straight forward.
Shaun and Rob worked tirelessly on installing the decking from the design and their attention to detail and workmanship was exceptional.

Found Fitrite on internet search, had no prior knowledge of their products, initial contact over phone friendly and helpful. Sales person enthusiastic and knowledgeable - product samples gave a good choice of options.
The team sent to build the decking were brilliant, the job was massive over 18 metres wide, garden on two levels which caused additional headaches plus the weather and mud didn't help either. The lads Morgan, Jake, Jenson & Chalky (a late replacement) were the nicest set of lads you could ask for, to do the work. Polite, courteous, friendly, helpful and more importantly hard working. Their work ethic couldn't be faulted and the standard and finish of their work was excellent. I would highly recommend that team of lads and Fitrite for future projects.

From the first contact the process has been so easy.
The decking, fence and gate wasn't easy as it went round a conservatory, up steps and decking leading to the lawn.
It has been finished absolutely brilliantly, attention to detail and looks amazing. Paul, Taylor and Jenson were so professional and great guys.

The service from the Fitrite Sales Manager Joe to the site engineers who fitted the decking has been a brilliant service/experience.
Neil & Perry the installation team have been exemplary, they never stopped working they were meticulous with their work, checking all specification with myself during the 3 days on site. Neil and Perry are a credit to your organisation!
Having recently retired from Board Level position in a large Sales and Service organisation the last touch point is as important as the start of the journey, word of mouth recommendations go a long way.
It is not what somebody says you will remember it is how they made you feel!

Excellent service from Fitrite from start to finish! Speedy installation date from the time of first contact so we didn't have to wait too long for our new deck! Amanda from customer services called me half way through installation to check all was ok and the guys; Kelsey and Ash who fitted the deck were excellent, really nice guys and did an excellent and speedy job of removing my old deck and replacing it with an extended new one! The quality of the composite decking boards look far more superior than my old ones which were coming apart! I would definitely recommend Fitrite, thanks for excellent service and a top quality product that hopefully will last for years to come!
