I have recently had Fitrite install me one of their garden studios. I chose this product above all others due to it being designed for the size of my plot and for my individual tastes. The quality of materials are aesthetically pleasing but of a robust nature to cope with adverse weather conditions and time. The materials are held together with clever fixings that are secure once implemented. I am satisfied with the completed building and the 10 year guarantee that is warranted.
The assembly team Mick and Ellis were were friendly and easy to get along with. Their knowledge of the product was impressive and they answered all my questions clearly. I was also impressed with their skill levels measuring and cutting materials with constant precision. They were always punctual and hard working through out the days. I feel both are a credit to Fitrite.

Appalling service received from this company . Firstly they do not show up when arranged, it took months to finally get them to come and installed decking around a caravan , secondly they Installed the decking completely the wrong way round meaning you have to walk on the grass to get on to the deck ? There is a pathway for a reason ! It’s now been 5 months and still waiting for them to correct their issue , install was September 2025 , it’s now March 2026 and still not complete , as previous to the install , dates booked to come and rectify issue they caused and nobody turns up , when you call and chase they said ‘oh no don’t know what happened your booking disappeared out of our calendar’ . They do not care and have no interests in good customer service.

From the initial quotation to completing my conservatory roof replacement took just over two weeks. Everyone I met were professional and helpful. Donny and his team carried out the installation working tirelessly in probably the worst weather we’d had this year. A lot of on site alterations were required due to the conservatory not being square, these were addressed by the team and even though they didn’t complete the roof on the day it was watertight prior to them leaving at 19.30. The internal plastering was completed on the next day and the lads came back on the Sunday to finish the roof. I have noticed already that it is a much warmer room now and look forward to using it all year round. Overall my experience with Fitrite has been excellent and would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

We had a new conservator roof fitted by Lee and Mick from Fitrite, from start to finish they were brilliant, they talked us through every stage of there work , and worked very hard in all conditions, the quality f the finish is first class , they were on time ,polite , and respectful of our home , we would recommend them 100%.

Had Fitrite composite decking fitted in 2024, and late last year The Fitrite team replaced my old conservatory roof with an Isotherm solid roof.

What a great job. The lads were really super, fuelled on regular cups of coffee and the odd buttie, they worked tirelessly, in horrific weather, to replace my roof. Their attention to detail was great and they didn't leave any mess either. Very considerate workers.

The end result is superb. I love it! The room feels warm and cosy and we are utilising it even on the coldest of days.

So pleased I invested in this change, and I strongly recommend Fitrite and all the team from the Sales team, the QS gentleman , the installation boys and all the customer care staff. A special thank you to Amanda Grange for being "the glue" throughout the entire process and Dave for the after care.

Recently had Fitrite fit our garden decking. From the initial visit from Dan, who drew a plan, making sure all our requests were covered. The guys arrived on site and were polite and respectful. They were happy to make certain adjustments to the plan at our request.The finish was excellent all mitre joints true, before signing off the area we had a few snags that needed addressing which was dealt with in a prompt and professional manor. While Fitrite are not the cheapest on the market, you cannot question the workmanship and quality of materials. I highly recommend this company if quality of finish is high on your list.

Delighted with our decking. Lee and Mickey our gang have been amazing from start to finish offering advice from the outset, they've worked tirelessly and always with a laugh and a smile, great guys and excellent team work. Slight delay on parts arriving but still finished within 2 weeks of initial enquiry and good communication throughout from Amanda in the office and Mark who did our quote. Thank you all, I'm sure we will enjoy our decking for many years to come.

I decided on fitrite after many days deliberation from scouring the web and reading countless reviews. My existing wooden decking if you could call it that , , was literally falling apart , , after 10 years from being installed, we face south so in the summer get the sun all day which is lovely , but it takes its toll on the woodwork . The other consideration was having to apply stain protection every year, I tried products from different companies some stating it would not need to be applied again for 5 years great, but in reality the weather took it’s toll and out again would come out the stain! . I was working full time, so it was my precious weekend time that was interrupted! So again me and the decking would get painted!, and while it continued to look presentable I continued with this process every year , and to be honest hating every moment of it!. So looked into how I could make my life easier, and a form of plastic decking would be the answer . The cost would be considerably more but after weighing up the pros and cons thought this was the answer to this annual headache! So finally got the ball rolling. I knew it was the right choice almost immediately as fitrite oozed professionalism from inception, their attentiveness and attitude was reassuring and an appointment was made for their planner to visit. I envisioned getting several quotes before proceeding, but after liaising with Mark their representative who visited , decided there and then to go ahead with the project., after dwelling on the many colours and configurations of these together , made my/ our choice 🤯, as their were so many to choose from! . Thought I was all set to go , then my better half would inject and I was back to the choose state again 🫣, but did finally get there in the end. Mark would go away and check availability of our! choices and to schedule a date for installation. We were contacted a short time after and fitters arrived promptly on 8/12/2025. I’d asked fitrite to remove and dispose of the old decking and this was completed in no time at all as it had given up on being part of our garden long before I wanted it to 😭. And apart from making them coffees I let them crack on, as part of the process a completely new foundation base was installed and built upon and before I new it the doorbell sounded and was told they were finished, thinking it’s because the light was fading. No all done! WOW when I went to the garden I was blown away! This beautiful new enhancement stood before me unimaginably outweighing my expectations, don’t think I ever made a more rewarding purchase apart from “Roxy” my car, but that’s a different story! Would recommend this company wholeheartedly 💯%, and carn’t thank them enough for their support and dedication with this project.👏🏻

We had a raised patio built with storage underneath. The communication between lee / chalky the builders was excellent. The standard of workmanship and finish was brilliant. Excellent communication from firm over any delays. Highly recommend

We had a replacement conservatory roof fitted and from the first contact everyone we dealt with was helpful and efficient. The work was completed in 2 days and everything was left clean and tidy.

The removal of our old and rotten timber decking and replacement with a similar version in UPVC was carried out by Fitrite extremely efficiently from start to finish. It started with a visit from designer Dan who informed us of all the various alternatives and their benefits and drawbacks. He gave us a very competitive price with no hard-sell whatsoever.
The very friendly and competent fitters, Lee and Chalkie, made a fantasting job of installing the new decking, engaging with us constantly to ensure that we got the deck we wanted, and coping very well with the minor changes that were made to the design along the way. After four days they left us with an amazing new decking, with the site clean and tidy. We thoroughly recomment this company.

Three years and a bit we discovered Fitrite and we're connected with Jon.
We had specific ideas on bringing outdoor living alongside static caravaning. Jons plans were brilliant at turning our ideas into a professional design meeting our needs.

Jump forward to today, we have moved onto another site, nothing is too much trouble for this family run leisure facility, even the robots are given time off to charge!, previously an RAF base in East Yorkshire.
Fitrite and Jon, managed the taking down, redesigning and rebuilding with extras our previous decking.
The price was reasonable and service and timing was perfect.
Thanks to all the Fitrite team, and shout out to Jon for being an excellent designer and communicator.

We are thinking of selling our caravan to a trader, but Parkdean insisted we use Fitwrong to remove it .
We have been at the caravan since 9am this morning ,No one from fitwrong has been ,but managed to send a quote for over £1200 ,:to remove the decking .
Extremely dodgy practice.
The decking was installed a few years ago ,before we bought the caravan,and it's lifting up all over ,So also bad workmanship .
Avoid this company like the plague!!!!

Really impressed with my decking, Mick and Ellis did a great job, they worked hard and it's transformed my garden which is on a hill, they even made a bench to hide the soil which had to be dug out to make it flat.

Mick and Lee did a great job here in Lincoln, putting PVC decking down over a large area. They were happy to discuss details and changes. Robust and accurate job, looks great.
