Absolutely amazing company from start to finish. We have had a fence and summer house build and from planning to finish this company has been beyond first class. Chris, the planner and sales, was professional and friendly throughout. I can't praise the fitting team enough. Stu and Dan did the majority of the work, even through two major storms, helped by Dan (the second lol), Mick (roof) and the electrician Charles. Sorry if I missed anyone. The finished product looks amazing, although this isn't surprising considering the effort the lads put in. Jodie in the office was also fab, and sorted any problems straight away. The whole company just seems to have everything perfect, especially thankful to Dan and Stu. (Hope I got names right). Can't thank you enough and would definitely highly recommend this company! Top quality product delivered by top quality team!!

After doing some research I decided to contact Fitrite to install my PVC decking.
The whole process from start to finish was seamless.
I can honestly say that I have no regrets. The work was carried out to a professional standard with great craftsmanship. Craig who installed the decking was very hands on kept me informed throughout the whole process, Craig and his team turned up everyday for a whole week on time.
I can’t praise these lads enough.
This company keeps its customer service promise , the aftercare is brilliant, everyone I spoke to in the office including Sam and Mark were very professional, courteous and understanding,
Mick who came out to sort some teething issues out was brilliant, I can’t praise him enough, again he was professional, friendly and the work he carried out was to a professional standard and his craftsmanship was outstanding.
I just wanted to thank everyone involved in the installation of my decking.
I would not hesitate to to recommend this company to everyone.

Fitting of the new decking took 4 days in total. Paul and Taylor were very professional and respectful. They provided regular updates throughout the process.

Decking looks great, we will use for fencing soon.

From initial enquiry to completing the installation was less than a month with really good communication and detailed measuring and planning of what we needed. The finished deck looks and feels great quality and really well fitted into the corner of the garden. All the team were really helpful and Chris and Adam did a great job fitting the deck and explained everything they were doing and timelines. Highly recommend

Dan and Stu installed the new fencing which is on a steep slope so not an easy task. I am delighted with the result which was not the usual stepped approach but angled to the base line of the ground. Great job. Highly recommend this duo and thanks to them both.

Just had decking with stairs, gate and glass front fitted the width of my house. The team did a fantastic job and it looks brilliant. They were so polite and friendly. They cleaned the decking before they left, great job. Thanks to Adam, Mick, Skye, Jack and Taylor.

Avoid at all costs. Originally had 6ft decking from these guys and they contacted me to extended and plinth the decking for my caravan at Golden Sands. Existing customer getting a special deal and cost price. I took the call from my secretary to process the deal and I authorised. Since I got to know the salesman from my initial decking. I grown to know him. Trusted him. Missies has cancer and all that story, I didn’t question it. Three months later still missed install dates. Finally I called them and he left the company after the sale and no money was passed thru. The record and design was in their system but he didn’t put the money thru. He’s since left the company along with my money. I trusted him.
Fitright wasn’t happy and advised they were calling the police. Then they communicated with my PA directly saying i tried to fiddle them and do a dodgy deal to get their staff to do off the books deal. Even thoe he worked there at the time, they supported me and wanting to involve the police, they indicated I was to blame and trying to cause drama with their contract with away resorts.
I was scammed by their sales manager whom has since left. I never contact them and they sold it to me after pressure to my PA. They’ve denied liability and plainly stated I was at fault and not getting back my money he’s ran off with. Yet the my confined he left in August. Payment was sent in July. I’m getting nowhere in resolving this issue.

So don’t get your decking from here as they clearly support their own staff, share details when the manager left and play the narcissism game with others around u and not take accountability for their staff fraudulent activities but blame u the client when it goes wrong and they loose staff with ur money. I just paid the account details I was sent to and advised receipt would come thru and he would sort park out and paperwork. But month later he’s gone.

Trying to get a refund of £1200 or have the company that did my original decking to install it or money back that was never put thru by their sales manager as it was his bank account I sent it to that I later learned and not getting any joy even thoe he was still employed by them at the time of sale/upgrade. Listen to sob stories and u trust them to do right by you. He was employed by fitright. Avoid doing business with these cowboys.

I had Fitrite fit a new entrance stairs and decking to my house and to install a new hottub to my garden.
Dan and Stu did the stairs and decking and we are delighted with the quality of the finish overall. The lads were both polite, diligent and professional over the entire week and did a fine job despite the terrible summer weather (constant rain). Highly recommend.

My initial contact with Ollie, the salesman, was very positive. I didn’t feel he was selling a product (great sales technique if you can do it!), but trying to find out how best I could be served. The price was very reasonable, and we quickly agreed a layout and other details … and the price. Delivery was very quick, with two guys on site about 2 weeks after I’d given the go ahead. They worked very hard in the hottest September we’ve ever had, and were both pleasant characters with it.
The decking itself is very solid; the gates in particular feel as if they’ll last a good long time. I liked the choice of colours for all the parts of the decking and chose the colours, under the direction of my wife! - very easily. The fencing styles are good, and look lovely.
Basically, if all went very smoothly from initial contact to final delivery. Just how I would want it.

After buying a caravan on Southview, Skegness I chose Fitrite to erect a 4 feet high decking. I specifically chose 4 feet as I have big dogs that can jump a normal 3 feet high fence.
I was told it would take 1 day to build.
It took 2 days and is only 3 feet high.
NOT ONE PERSON has contacted me about this. They have just gone ahead with the 3 feet and IGNORED my request for 4 feet.
A company should NOT do what they feel they want to. Its MY MONEY and if you can't do the job I want then you should say so and let me spend my £8,555 elsewhere!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!!!

Had our decking done by Jake and Morgan, wow what a fantastic job they did! Lovely lads , who took great pride in their work, they didn’t leave til 7.30 last night but still washed and cleaned it all down , well done lads your a credit to the company. Would definitely recommend, the decking is beautiful and top quality

I had some decking laid by this company,Fitrite Doncaster Oct 22, a costly project for me @ £22000 as I am a pensioner. It was not long before it started falling apart and was positively a danger to me and my grandchildren. It was like trying to put together a jig saw with step curling pieces falling off and these pieces are still hanging, nothing is screwed in. Getting them back to repair the problems has been a nightmare for me. Had several visits eventually where nothing was done except talking about how many faults there were, eventually after 3 months they sent two guys who started repairing some of it, couldn’t be done in a day so had to come back again, it is easy to access in my garden but because the door was not answered they disappeared and I have not seen them since. Talked to Mark who is I am told supposedly, is one of the bosses who told me that I will have to wait until they have another slot to fit me in, that was 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing yet. All of this has taken 4 months of trying to get things fixed. I am totally fed up with chasing them and the time and stress that it has taken. Every time it is someone different and I am told about the staff problems and wonder if I am getting a capable person to do the repairs. There seems to be a lot of staff that are not capable. I write this as a warning to others who are thinking of spending a good amount to get decking laid. After sales is almost non existent. Save your money and get a more reputable company to do the work for you as up til now I am still in the same position of trying to get it repaired. Sincerely Mrs A. Urwin

We needed skirting and steps to complete the effect of the static caravan in the garden. We are pretty isolated but the team from initial purchase through to the fitting team were polite courteous and fortunatley loved dogs :). The quality of the product is good and looks very smart. The fitting team kept the area neat and tidy and worked solidly over two days. The dogs love sitting at the top of the steps so all is well!! thank you Fitrite
