I've been a seller on fivesquid for about 10 years now and I couldn't be more delighted with the website. It's totally allowed me to make a side income along being an actress. SELLERS STAY AWAY. The support is there only to harass you.
Literally fools are on the customer support. Every time I put up a service they deny approval of my offers with the following response.
"We're sorry that we cannot approve your service. This is due to a problem with your service image for one or more of the reasons set out below:
# Your image is not of a sufficiently high quality and therefore appears blurred when enlarged
# Your image contains too much text - please limit any text to no more than 4 - 5 words and ensure that any text does not simply repeat your service title
# Your image is not relevant to the service you are offering
# You have already used this image for another of your services
# Your image may be considered abusive/offensive in nature."
What could me a more stupid response again and again - whatever image you provide? This is the same response to refuse any new service created. It would not take much time before their sellers move away. I already did.
Note: If you live in a country where the is no PayPal you cannot claim your earnings.
Update: Thank you very much for setting up such a brilliant automated response system which is only there to deny all kinds of newly services created without any reason. This is why Fivesuid.com is the best platform for harassing sellers.

If you are unable to establish from the email why your service image has been declined, you can contact our Customer Support team and they will be happy to explain specifically why your service image is unsuitable.
Please note that if you continue to resubmit your service without making the recommended changes, then you will of course continue to receive the same automated response.
In the meantime, kindly note that we make it clear in our Terms of Service that payment of revenues you earn on the site can only be paid via PayPal and that you must therefore have a valid PayPal account.

Rude customer service, I refuse to pay one of their account reactivation fee's and because I didn't pay they basically called me unskilled.
Very unprofessional company taking the huff just because I wasn't paying them money that I shouldn't have to pay.

It is regrettable that you have chosen to leave an unfounded review due to the fact that your account was suspended for breach of our Terms of Service. Our Terms explicitly provide that it is a contravention of our Terms for sellers to direct buyers from our platform to pay for services directly outside of our site. Evidence from your account showed that you had directed multiple buyers to pay you directly, in order that you could circumvent the required commission on your sales. For this reason, your account was suspended. You are not compelled to pay the account reactivation fee, though if you choose not to, then of course your account will not be reactivated.
We must also add that at no point in our conversations with you have we referred to you as 'unskilled' or any variant thereof.

Signed up, they didn’t approve my offers claiming it had imperfect grammar and that I’m trying to contact buyers on Skype etc and I’m asking for their information. No where did I asked for a buyers information and my offer had no grammatical errors.

The automated email you received makes it clear that there may be several possible reasons why your service was declined, and not all of those will necessarily apply to you e.g. the information with respect to contacting buyers.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
Avoid this website they take your money, then suspend your account for no reason.
You signup one day order a service, go back next day and try to login, it says your account suspended. Disgusting.
Biggest Scam on the internet, will be reporting them to the authorities.
No reason was given, I used the site for one day. Nothing was breached, I did nothing except use the site as normal.
I stand by my original review this is nothing but a Big Scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
I challenge them to send me the reason for the suspension that they said was given to me and to refund my money, if they are not scammers?

Typical reply, saying I have not contacted them. Rubbish I contacted them at the start if this complaint with all my details. They have not replied or given any reason to Steal my money. I stick with my original review, they are nothing but Scammers. If they were not scammers they would have refunded my money by now instead of keep posting these stupid replies.

If your account was suspended, you will have been informed of the reason for that suspension. Suspension is usually the result of a breach of our Terms of Service. If, therefore, you contact our customer support team, they will be happy to explain the reasons why your account was suspended.
Following your edited reply, it sounds as though your access to the site was automatically blocked, and you received an automated message. This often happens if your computer IP address is the same as that of another user whom we have suspended from the site. Please contact our customer support team using the Contact Us link on the site at your earliest convenience, and include your fivesquid username. We would be happy to check the status of your account in more detail and advise as to why your account was suspended.
Update: You claim there has not been any further communication from our team. We note however that you have still not contacted our Customer Support help desk with details of your username. Without contacting us and providing your username, our customer support team cannot advise or help you.
Further update: We maintain that our customer support team has not received any further contact from you confirming your username so that they can respond to your claims. Again, we ask that you contact our customer support team at your earliest convenience. We have done all that we can to offer you some assistance, but your reluctance to provide our customer support team with the information requested so that they can identify your account suggests that you no longer require assistance. We will therefore consider the matter closed.
