Terrible company

Had an issue with the seller and support always take the side of the seller. I left a review abiit the seller and support deleted it off the site. Now it makes sense why you don't see negative reviews about any sellers.

Support closed my account once I told them I would leave a review here. Shocking treatment, a review is my opinion on the company so how they think they can close accounts based on it is unbelievable

The seller who needed to photoshop some images did an extremely poor job. When I raised concerns with him he replied with offensive and cheeky comments. Raised my concern with customer services who I informed another person on their site had been honest and stated the images couldn’t be improved much, whereas this seller said they would be done to perfection. Which was a lie just to get the work.
Regardless customer service is useless, dealt with someone named Tina, not at all friendly you’ll have to keep arguing your case.
The site favours sellers more, all I can say is stay well away from this site.

tried to post a service. wont accept picture from iPhone, cant post without picture, extremely unhelpful customer service. really don't waste your time with them

Unbelievable poor service, in particular from Fivesquids Customer Service Manger Tina. I was repeatedly told that my refund could not be actioned, until Tina finally admitted it would take one email from her to do so. Complete lack of respect for the customer and their time.

She then tried to cover her own error by blaming me for not 'correctly requesting a refund'. She kept emailing me until I had to formally instruct her to stop. Thank goodness for Paypal. I was issued a full refund, along with service fees, and and an apology from Paypal regarding Fivesquids refusal to refund. Avoid at all costs!

dont even bother, i asked for a custom logo one that is not copied from google, i tried 6 different people and all 6 times they took an image from google and just added my name under it, if you use any logo from this site your new logo will be breaking copyright laws

At first, some negative reviews scared me off. but i have had my own experience and i have to say i am positively surprised. I got a logo for only 5 pounds which looks very good and professional. The designer asked for wishes and changes which I find very good. you just have to be sure and inquire. and I recommend to pay with Paypal in case something goes wrong you have the buyer protection. You might not have spent much on this site, but the chances are you will either lose your money or receive some extremely poor work. You get what you pay for and this site is no exception.

Used Fivesquid for social campaigns on Facebook and Twitter. The results were better than expected. Great concept, great people, continuously improving and always fun!

The worst customer service I have encountered.
Please be aware everyone, remember that many of the sellers are in Asian countries which means it is very easy for them to scam you out of your money and they have the full support of the websites owners.
This happened to me and when I asked for help, my messages were continuously ignored.
The seller was quick to scam me out of £45 which I will never see again, but I will also never use Fivesquid again. I hope you guys can learn from my experience.

It's an open market with hundreds and thousands of offers. Take your time finding the right guy for the job and you won't be disappointed. The customer support service is also very good.

Just want to thanks Fivesquid.com to change my life. I am a seller there for mor than 2 years and I have tried other platforms as well.

they have blocked my account even i cannot access on website..fivesquid team said that i have more than one account but that was the only account i had.. they said ok send your ip address i sent them tey said that is not the real ip lol i have sign up through this ip and was using fivesquid using this laptop i said if you think that is ip is not in your servers then why you have banned this ip ? they do not have answer they just said you have to pay if you want to access on our site

I'm a seller there and when I needed help with some function on their site, they ignored me. Twice. Buyers could always use a paypal dispute to get their money back. But sellers on the other hand, Imagine all the "help" you'll get if you have problem withdrawing the money you work hard for to your bank or paypal.

Can't give any advice for buyers but sellers/freelancers just stay clear from there.
