Car repair at Ashgrove
Car repair was done through Ashgrove and everything was done as expected of the repair, were given daily updates and a link to show how your car was getting on everyday which is brilliant! Everyone in the reception team were great with responses when needed and got the car repaired quicker than expected even with them being very busy! Not a single problem with how ashgrove handled this all.

Was kept informed when car repairs would be carried out. Unable to collect car when work was complete so vehicle was dropped of at home address by company. Inspection of work when completed was seen to be of a high quality with all repairs carried out.

They made a difficult situation as easy as possible
The communication was outstanding from the moment that they were arranged as the repairer of my vehicle. They explained the situation regarding delays in acquiring Ford parts and kept me updated through every step of my vehicle being with them. The cherry on the cake was my vehicle being ready a day earlier than advised. I will definitely use them again if I need body repairs done.

They came and picked up my car and took it away to be fixed I got an email everyday to keep me informed re repair and once it was fixed they delivered it back to my address first class service and the guy who picked up my car and returned it couldn’t have been nicer I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
