Fix auto did a great job repairing my car after a rear end shunt. The repair was as completed very quickly, great communication from the staff and the car came back very clean inside and out.

I cannot fault the service, speed and customer care of the team at Fix Auto Repair. From initial contact at the office with Jan to the collection and return of my vehicle, it was seamless.

Special mention to Jamie B who was polite courteous and professional at assisting the collection and delivery of the car. He was fab. Glyn also was great.

The repair is great very nice job.
Sadly the car wasn’t ready at allotted pick up time and we had to wait about an hour.
Jan very kindly made us a drink and the reception area was very comfy.
So only 4 stars ! Thanks for a nice job!

Great service by Jason and Jamie picking up and dropping the car back. Also Di on the telephone kept us well informed throughout the process. All in all a very smooth experience in getting the car repaired.

Jan on reception was very friendly and helpful, guys did a great job on the bodywork of my car. The driver Phil that dropped the car off was also very efficient and friendly, took his time going round the car to make sure i was happy with everything. Reported a minor issue back to the office which was fixed straight away when I took it back. Great service

My car was recently repaired at FixAuto Basingstoke via my insurer Admiral.

From start to finish they were great, the process before they had the car was great and easy to provide the photos they needed etc. After this Jan in their office team was brilliant at helping me find a date where they could provide a courtesy car. My car was returned by Jamie who was super polite and gave me plenty of time to check I was happy with the work that had been done. This was great and the car looks brand new again. Overall a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this well-organised and friendly company.

Dropped my car off on Monday, repair work done and collected on Friday. All the while kept informed of progress and when collecting the car it was valeted inside and out and the repair is faultless. Really impressed and highly recommended.

My experience with fix auto Basingstoke was amazing, Jason came and collected my car and dropped it back off, and he was extremely professional, explained everything that was happening and was a lovely man! The ladies at the office have been great throughout, keeping me updated at all stages and if ever I’ve rung they’ve been really helpful!
My cars been returned in great condition, has been hoovered and cleaned, a lovely touch!
