From assessment to collecting my car, the staff were very friendly and kept me informed. I was very happy with the repair but it would have been nice to have the car washed outside. It had been vacuumed inside though!

Fixed my car after my accident however…
Fixed my car after my accident new front bumper and drivers wing however when I picked it up and drove 100yards from garage drivers side front tyre was flat and had a nail in it ! Also car was covered in bird poo ! Also screen wash bottle was empty and right and hand side daytime running light not working!

Really friendly staff and transparent process
Really friendly staff. They talked me through the process as I’d never been involved in an accident before and made sure I was comfortable with how I would pay at the end, ie myself or via insurance claim. I was worried I would get ripped off but they were transparent and straight-talking and did a walk-around the car with me initially so I knew what the damage was before it got booked in to be fixed. The wait time to get the car booked in for repairs was a couple of weeks but it wasn’t urgent repairs so it was fine to wait and they had a courtesy car ready and waiting for me when I dropped it off. Thank you.

Fiesta st rear accident damage
As a insurance approved repair centre id have expected alot more but the quality of workmanship was terrible paint missing from bumper edges scratches in fresh paintwork polishing marks body filler edges screw cap covers missing overspray covering the windows and adjacent body panels overall a very very poor quality repair and a heavy lack of pride in their work! Personally would not used drive vauxhall patchway again!

Brillant services
The dent on the trim and scratch marks on the bumper were repaired very well without any doubts. However, the scratch mark on the outer surface of the wheel yet been touched up. I am not sure if it is the norm that it won't be repaired.
Understanding it's very busy for the garage and if the fixing period can be shorten then will be better.
Generally the services were brilliant especially they provided the service for driving the car back to my home after it was repaired.

Took two weeks to replace and spray…
Took two weeks to replace and spray bumper and repair tailgate
Car was returned to me unfinished had to go back to be completed
Repair of the bumper was good
Repair of the tailgate poor ( you can clearly see it’s been repaired
Receptionist was brilliant dealing with the return to be completed and sorted out the hire car
Quality of work and quality control very poor

Recently had my van scraped up due to some idiot in a motorhome changing lanes on me, service at Bristol North was really good, lovely staff behind the counter and the van came back looking like new, can’t fault it really.

Let’s just say that if I ever needed to use a body shop again it wouldn’t be this one!
I honestly think that they’re so ‘overbooked’ that they just can’t cope with the workload. Had to wait weeks to get the car in, then it got delayed due to them finding ‘additional work’ that needed to be done. Nobody ever told me what that additional work was. Ohhh, and they’ve got a sign in reception telling you to disconnect your dash cam…..’to protect their staff and premises’, or, so you can’t see what day/time your vehicle was moved into the workshop! Not for me thanks!
In response to the reply from the workshop, fully agree that I originally cancelled, but that has nothing to do with my review!
I dropped my car into the garage on the Tuesday ready for them to start work on the Wednesday as agreed, but they didn’t, end of! That’s why I pointed out the dash cam notice! And, I’m guessing ‘additional work needs to be done’ was used because they started the work later than Wednesday 🤷♀️

I have taken a look into your records and it looks like your Repair booking was delayed due to you waiting for liability to be confirmed with your insurance company.
Your vehicle was then booked in with us on 06/10/21 and was dropped off to our site on 05/10/21.
You were given an estimated completion date of 5/6 working days.
Your vehicle was completed on 14/10/2021 and you collected your vehicle on 15/10/2021.
We ask all our customers to disconnect any dash cams on their vehicles to protect any privacy or data of all our other customers and staff as we comply with the new GDPR laws in the UK.
This is not to hide what time or date a customers vehicle enters our workshop as we have systems in place to tell us that.
I do understand your frustrations and will pass on your comments
