Great service, friendly and efficient.
I was kept informed throughout. I had my car in the body shop and when it was returned to me, it was immaculate. The paintwork was gleaming and the interior had been thoroughly cleaned and valeted. I felt like my car was brand new( it’s 8 years old). Thank you.

Sent me home on an illegal tire that was discovered luckily by another garage during MOT. In person they were professional and pleasant but it reflects poorly that they did not notice that one tire had the metal rim showing through.

Excellent service from start to finish. Car collected, updated as soon as the damage was inspected and given approximate date when car would be ready. Better still got car back 4 days early. All staff very pleasant and professional.

Not good
They did fix my bumper but:
1. I had to call them 3 times a day because no one was calling me back to advise that my car has been transported to them
2. They wouldn’t give me courtesy car until I asked several times
3. They left a chewing gum marks on the drivers seat and the person cleaning it scratched leather off the seat

Poor communication & no temporary vehicle
Extremely poor communication and unable to provide a temporary vehicle that we were entitled to.
We had to chase multiple times for updates, was promised callbacks that never came, and made to feel our requests for a temporary car were an inconvenience to them.
Was told that it would take another week to repair, they had all the spare parts, but still couldn't provide a temporary vehicle.
Then, suddenly completed in 24hrs.

Good repair but communication breakdown was a faff
The repair looks good and I can not see signs of the previous damage. The main problem was a total breakdown in communication between myself, the bodyshop and the MOT/Service centre. I must have called in excess of 10 times over a 2 week period. Even though the switchboard sent emails requesting a response, I had to resort to requesting updates from Vision who were managing the crash repair. None of the process was seamless, the repair good, but the faff...
