Excellent job. The damage was repaired as new. Friendly and helpful staff.
The only issue I had was that the car sensors had to be calibrated by BMW. This required a software update which was completed in one day by BMW.
Fix Auto had problems booking this in. Initially I was quoted mid January but they managed to arrange an earlier appointment so the car was returned before Christmas. I was without the car for over 4 weeks.

The whole process was very simple
The whole process was very simple, they picked up the damaged vehicle after delivering an immaculate courtesy car. My car was returned to me looking like new. Only downside is communications could be a little better.

Excellent repair job and pleasant staff
lose one star for the first day when I wasn't notified that the time of my car collection and delivery of courtesy car had been cancelled. This was not good customer service nor courteous in communication.
However, since then the mechanics did a fine job of repairing my car and replacing my tyres and people I spoke with were very pleasant so I would use them again.

Incredible service from start to finish!
Everything was so easy to arrange and I had plenty of updates so I knew exactly what was going on. The team were very helpful and understanding that I would want my car back asap. The link to upload images too was easy to use and very effective at helping to keep the process of the repairs as fast as possible. Payment and returning my car was simple to arrange and the work carried out is fantastic! It’s like having a new car!
