Polite, on time, regular updates and work completed within the given timescale. Lost a star because items stored under the boot floor not replaced and the fabric boot liner slung over onto the back seat and not replaced. Unable to lift the boot floor to check for one other item so don't know if it's missing.

My car was repaired by Fix Auto Derby as recommended by an insurance company. They were extremely efficient from booking my car in to delivering it a few days later all sorted. The repair was very good. The people I dealt with were polite and professional. I was happy with the service.

Took from 8th of December to June to actually provide a quote to our insurer so we can get the repair authorised, poor communication throughout about the delay. Cancelled the first arranged collection on the day it was due to happen and then I had to prompt again for another date. Despite sending emails to change it, still spelling my wife’s name wrong even on this review request…

Didn’t get any update on my car I eventually got a courtesy car that wasn’t very clean looked like dogs had been in it as there were loads of dog hairs in it and as I suffer with allergies it wasn’t very good

At first they were very reassuring and i trusted the repairs would go well. Almost 3wks later i get a text that my car is ready, i called for hours to arrange a pick up time nobody answered. Eventually i went to collect my car unannounced to be told phones are down, thats fine. Car had been washed on the outside, looked nice. Get home to realise they haven't put my arial back and the bumper is not alined. Been calling for over a week, not answers.

Fix Auto Derby kept me apprised at each point whilst our car was in their workshop for a repair following an accident. I really appreciated them keeping me up to date with progress over a lengthy period and dealing with the insurance company. Thank you.

This garage collected my car a day earlier than originally agreed which was much more convenient for me. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful and the repair of the car took a week and I was able to collect it at my convenience. Excellent service from start to finish and a good repair. The courtesy car was also great and brand new. Thank you all.
