Friendly efficient staff who look after their customers and do a great job all round.

The fix was quick and efficient, and a high standard. They made it very easy for me also. The lady on reception was particularly helpful, and phenomenally quick to reply to any queries

Awful communication.
Let us down 3 times on collection and delivery after making arrangements for date and time. Did not return calls when they said they would.
Took nearly 3 months for repair to be completed..

Fix Auto were the chosen garage by insurance for my motability car, I've never used them before but I am happy happy their service. Karolina has been wonderful all the way through, keeping me up to date with progress. There was a delay in getting the car to to garage as they had been let down in regards to the courtesy car I needed but the experience once that was ironed out has has great. They completed 8 days before the estimated date and my car looks brand new. They also give a lifetime guarantee for the parts they have used to replace the damaged ones which is a great reassurance too. Overall very happy

Fix Auto's in Derby repaired my car on three occasions , each time their workmanship was second to non ! from arranging the hire car to collect my damaged car .The staff are professional and genuine always sincere and understanding.

Had an accident and car was picked up 2 days later, had a courtesy car delivered to my home, car was fixed before date i was given. Would recommend to friends

My vehicle had pictures taken all around it b4 the accident repair was completed. The car was returned with damage to the opposite panel they repaired. This is their damage we have the pictures! They refuse to come and fix it! I am taking the insurance company to Finanicial Ombudsman and the garage to Court. Do not use this company they are rubbish!

Java dealt with my insurance claim from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and car was returned to me on time

FixAuto was selected by our insurance company to carry out repairs to our vehicle after an accident. They contacted us quickly after the claim had been sorted and booked us in for repair. Unfortunately the initial date had to be rearranged as FixAuto were supplying us with a courtesy car and they had been let down and didn’t have a car available for that date. When we eventually took the car in, the premises weren’t easy to find - they are located next door to KwikFit, but once we’d found them the handover was very well organised with all the paperwork in place and the courtesy car was comparable to our own vehicle. We were told it could take up to two weeks to repair, but we were contacted in less than a week and our car was delivered back to our home address which was very helpful. We are extremely satisfied with the standard of the repairs and the car had also been cleaned and valeted which was a nice touch. Based on this experience we would recommend FixAuto.

This place is a joke say someone will phone u back guest wait they carnt ve bortherd never use this company again and I hope who reads this review dont they haven't got a clue 😡😡😡😡😠
