We’re glad the repair itself was completed in a timely manner, and we appreciate you recognizing that. I understand the issue with our returned courtesy car was resolved by our Bodyshop manager.
Our team work hard to keep you updated throughout the process, however during the build-up of the repair we identified further parts were required and we rely on the manufacturer for the arrival of parts which can be difficult for us to provide an update until parts arrive.
Your comments have been passed to our management team so we can continue improving our service, and we appreciate your feedback.

My was car was fixed the next day for collection as I had only put it in the previous day to be honest I expected it to be at least a week, as I had planned various things for the week ahead without my car and i also received a courtesy vehicle. And just to mention the staff where brilliant aswell and really pleasant people. I don't like doing reviews but really pleased with the service I received and its appreciated.
