I disliked that I only got told on the day I was bringing my car in ,after waiting over 3weeks that they did not have my wing mirror ready ,and also getting told just to put a freezer bag and tape over my sing mirror ,I also did not like that I got my car car back with jyst 5 mile of petro ,abd the man that gave me my car back had no answeres if everything got fixed

We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait such an extended period for your vehicle repair. Unfortunately, the delay was largely due to complications with part sourcing through the manufacturer and instructions from the manufacturer, including multiple orders for the steering rack and conflicting part numbers from the manufacturer. We had your vehicle booked to the main dealership twice in order to offer support but unfortunately they also raised multiple technical cases with the manufacturer to resolve this issue. These issues were beyond our control, but we acknowledge that the impact on you was significant which will equally frustrating for us.
We appreciate your patience throughout this process and regret that the experience left you feeling this way. That’s never the outcome we want for our customers.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. Unbelievably quick turnaround think it was 5 days from drop off to picking my own car back up. Provided a very comfortable courtesy car also. Girls at reception are lovely also

Wrong Colour Badge
Range Rover Letterings were fixed in the wrong colour despite the car going to the body shop with the broken badge (the original colour of the badge was very much present on the car when it went to get fixed), and yet they fixed with the wrong colour. Disappointed and still waiting to be resolved.

We order parts based on your vehicle’s chassis number and, in this case, the badge was fitted according to the manufacturer’s specification. You've since informed us that the dealership had previously changed the badge colour, which unfortunately wasn’t reflected in the manufacturer’s records.
