Felt I was in good hands from the moment I entered their building. The staff were easy to explain things to, and their attention to detail was great.I was kept informed by various communication methods at every step of the repair. On collection of the vehucle it had been cleaned and the work done is to a high standard. Very pleased.

Great experience
Great experience, from start to finish. Car places can sometimes feel slightly intimidating. From walking into Fix auto the service was outstanding. From being greeted by the girls on reception, to being kept up to date with what was happening to my car. The car looked as good as new and you couldn’t tell there had been any damage. Great value for money.

The team were great and were accommodating and understanding when I asked for an assessor to look at my car to reassure me it was safe to drive after my accident. The courtesy car was a surprisingly nippy Renault Clio and this was delivered and collected from my home. Great service

9 months pregnant
After damage to my vehicle happened at 9 months pregnant, I could not have asked for better service from a repairer or team. The girls in the office were helpful and understanding to my situation and let me know within 24 hours whether my car was repairable. They then organized for the works to start asap as I would be without use of a vehicle. Works went ahead as planned and advised and once the car was ready it was dropped off to my house just as we arrived home from the hospital. I could not thank the team enough. Communication and efficiency 10/10

Excellent repair garage
Following an accident I was involved in, my car was sent to Fix Auto for repair. Excellent service from them. My car was fixed within a week and they have done an amazing job. They kept in regular contact with myself and kept me updated with the progress of the repairs. Very happy customer.
