Communication via text message I found frustrating, required phone calls to confirm.
Was not informed of vehicle arrival, fortunately was home when vehicle arrived. (Mid afternoon)
All staff, polite, repairs appears high standard. Vehicle clean.

Staff were helpful and the mechanic answered any concerns I had.

Every thing went smoothly. Courtesy car dropped off, my car taken away. Came back a day earlier than planned. Work is perfect. Very happy with overall service.

All staff very helpful. A young lady helped me sort the photo side of things. All my questions were answered. I was kept informed at all stages. Texting a company was new to me, however it was easy to navigate through. My car came back very clean and tidy and the repairs were exactly what I had been told they were going to be. Overall from start to finish it was a very positive experience with outstanding customer service from the young lady on the front desk.

Many thanks to Fix Auto UK Harlow. They have done a remarkable job of turning 4 year old car back into showroom condition. Great job and great communication throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

Great experience with Fix Auto. The WhatsApp messaging was super helpful in keeping updated with the progress of the repairs and the customer service was friendly. The repairs themself look great and the car being washed upon return was a nice touch. Would 100% recommend!
