Requested a quote
Requested a quote, and a timed schedule for the repair, damaged vehicle was reviewed and quote sent over within 24 hours, vehicle was scheduled in for repair and I was constantly updated with the progress. I was notified when vehicle was ready to collect, the car was cleaned inside and out and repair was perfect and like new again.

Great service…
Great service picked up my car really quickly and dropped it off same day once it was fixed. Kept me up to date with updates. Also when I was at work and couldn't sort out pick up/drop off times they kindly arranged with my husband which was a big help. They contacted me via WhatsApp which was great as signal where I work is poor so phone calls aren't convenient to me. Fix Auto Harlow was who my insurance company uses and I can see why. They were kind, friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for doing a wonderful job.

Swift with clear communication
Swift with clear communication, I would definitely recommend. Had a car incident and Admiral provided my details to Fix Auto Harlow. They were very swiftly and clear with their communications by text and hassle free arranging for my car to get fixed. The individuals that picked my car up and dropped it back off were friendly and understanding. They did a good job with fixing the cracked bodywork and headlight. My car past its MOT the week after it was returned. I asked for an invoice afterwards and they supplied with 5mins of my text.

Auto Fix Harlow
Initial assessments and contact was via WhatsApp which was quick and efficient. Always responded to messages/ queries promptly. My car was collected from home and courtesy car delivered to me. I had a phone call after they had assessed my car at the garage and given a description of work to be carried out. Car was delivered back before the time suggested as work went well. A very stress free experience, would recommend this garage as the service I received was great.

Awful communication
Initially told the repair would take 1-2 days, car collected a week ago (over an hour late) and still not repaired. No communication at all. We have had to call to find out what is going on. Told in quality control and if all ok then would be delivered back today then told the wheel was not back so would not have been today not sure what is going on. Repair wasn’t even started on the car for three days so not sure why it was collected so early.

Dented car returned as good as new!
I had a mini accident with my car when I reversed into a parked car on a rainy day! I had a huge dent in my boot, chipped paint, loose licence plate etc.
I called my insurance who referred me to Fix Auto in Harlow. The car was picked up within days, a courtesy car delivered and in a few days, my car was returned as good as new!

Terrible Customer Service
The car was fixed perfectly, however the customer service from the lady on reception was awful. I was advised 4 separate times of completion dates which kept being pushed back every time I called. In the end I received my car 5 days late, and I was always chasing them. Don’t go with these guys choose another company! Very disappointing!
