They did a great job of repairing my car, not major damage, but to me it was, I thought it would be a right off due to age, but no, they said they could fix it, no problem, they put me at ease, at all times they were professional but friendly, communication was good in just over a week the job was done and I’m back on the road, can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend.

Mr car is like new again
Polite,professional and did a great job with my car. They only list a star because I got lost in the system for getting an estimate and had to wait several additional weeks. They were very apologetic. It’s one of those things.

Lots of miscommunication and…
Lots of miscommunication and uncertainty lacked clarity of when work would start and sat for weeks before being assessed so nothing ordered . I was told repeatedly that they had a massive backlog and wasn’t their fault . Not the experience I was expecting after several months it has now been completed and returned . Sadly though MOT ran out whilst there and it failed when tested on handbrake I was told it wasn’t their responsibility.

I can’t fault the repair
I can’t fault the repair - looks excellent. But the length of time this took - accident occurred on December 1st. I don’t know if this is normal, as I’ve never had an accident before, but it seems that getting the parts for a 3 year old Renault was s...l...o...w ! !
