Easy company to get hold off and talk to from start to finish service was great the repair seams better than dealer quality with attention to detail,
Down side none really but a brand new Corsa as a loan car when you drive a BMW was awful LOL.

Poor experience car was kept for nearly 3 months
Still haven’t had any proof it was taken to ford for the breaks
The door handle was left unpainted
So overall it seems like they couldn’t be bothered to fix my car properly
No one contacted me with updates I only had one update in all that time
I will say though the people are very kind when I’ve spoke to them on the phone

They were friendly and professional from when the driver collected my car, during any calls and when I went to collect my car when it was finished .
They did a perfect job of repairing a scrape on the wing, bumper and wheel trim.

The guys that dealt with my car have great customer service. They informed me of what was available for collection of my car and kept me informed of what would be done to help me, of collection of my car and how long it might take for repairs. The whole experience with the company was exceptionally fantastic. Best customer service I have received in a long time.
