All good, communication could have been better, parts took longer to arrive, overall happy with repair

My car was collected promptly, I was informed every step of the way and the car was even returned to me way earlier then expected. I honestly couldn’t say anything negative. The least hassle it could have possibly been.

Despite being a low speed reversing accident, there was extensive damage.

The vehicle was returned in as new condition and had been thoroughly cleaned.

It would not be possible to tell were it had been repaired.

Repairs completed to a very high standard. All enquiries carefully handled and a good courtesy car provided for the five weeks taken (included Christmas and New Year with delays in the supply chain). The car was checked to see that after standing idle everything was properly roadworthy. The door to door service was excellent too.

Staff very friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Quality of work was to a high standard. The staff kept me up to date with the progress of the works being carried out.. would recommend them to others.

I thank you for doing the best work on my car. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for your work and curtesy.

My Nissan Qashqai was hit side-on by a lorry coming from a side road. There was considerable damage to the rear door, rear wing, trim, rear wheels, tyres axles and suspension. In total just over £11,000 of damage. Although SLM (St Leonards Motors) had problems obtaining some parts, they were always helpful, friendly and willing to give honest updates on progress with the repair. When I picked up the car it was almost like new and I have found no problems at all.

Excellent service, only downside was the loan car I received. I did expect a like for like.

Deadline issues - constantly extended from start to finish. Promised seven day completion, ended up as a 20 day turnaround.

Very efficient - came out and estimated the damage to the car then booked it in and collected on the agreed day. Returned all fixed on time and in immaculate order. Car looked like new. Friendly and efficient staff - all round a good experience following damage to our car by an unfriendly tractor driver who's trailer hit our car and then drove off!!

Unfortunately whilst my Nissan car was with the garage for Insurance assessment I received no update at all with regards to the progress! While some fault could be attributed to the Ins co, it would have been nice to have 1 courtesy call in the 4 weeks which it was on site. 😠

Disappointing finish to some of the work to our replacement bumper with a 'run' of the paint in one corner of the bumper and the other side of the bumper 'gluey' and not aligned with next panel.
Three appointments to view, collect and return my damaged car, unfortunately only one of those appointments did the people arrive on time.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM DAY ONE, COLLECT THE CAR AT MY WORK UNFORTUNELLY AT THE TIME ONOTHER CAR HIT THE BACK OF MY CAR AND DRIVE OFF, VERY UPSET BUT Derek told me not to worry as he was going to speak to his manager if they could also repair the extra damages.

A fantastic service and my Car came back like new. Second time they have repaired my car. Peter was so kind and I would highly recommend them.

Customer service was very good. The standard of the work looks to be high. No complaints so far. Car presented well on collection.
