Gold standard in service
The fact they picked up and dropped off my vehicle made it extremely helpful and they were very flexible with it. The customer service over the phone was always good. The repair works was to an extremely high standard and it was returned a lot cleaner than I handed it over. Could not recommend these guys enough.

Great service and communication
Great service, my car was collected I explained what the damage on the car was and what needed repairing. I was updated while my car was being repaired and when it would be ready. When I got my car back I was happy with the repairs. It was clean and tidy. Overall it was a easy and stress free experience.

I was told at the start that it would…
I was told at the start that it would take 7-10 days, once droped off this was changed to 5 weeks.
Which was really annoying as i had the van booked in for important re call work due to take place in 4 and a half weeks. Obviously with the original 7-10 days this was easily possible.
After having to cancel my appointment i now have to wait another 6 weeks.
I would have postponed the cosmetic work if I'd have been given more accurate information.
Also i wasn't overly happy that my van was used as a bin.
It was messy with my own stuff i admit, but as i don't smoke and have never eaten McDonald's in the van, I'm pretty sure the bags of these things were not mine!
The work carried out was okay, although my side door still doesn't run a smoothly as it used to.

I see no reason in having my car in to do the work when you had not got the parts to do the job, as my car was still road worthy it was a waste of a courtesy car.

Repairs were rushed
Repairs were rushed, the bootdoor does not look good where the join has been made. There is a part missing from under my car and I have called and left a message and nobody has called me back.
