I recently was involved in a car accident and given Fix auto by my insurance company to carry out the repairs, they arranged for my car to picked up from my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and reliable. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done.
The repair work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—something you don’t always find these days.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy garage that delivers quality service at a fair price, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be returning for future servicing and repairs.

engine management light is on
Firstly, I was very pleased that FixAuto worked to return my car at lunchtime on 24th Dec. As I was going away 31st dec and they were shut from lunchtime 24th to 5th Jan.
Unfortunately there are 3 faults with the car: the engine management light is on, the bonnet does not line up horizontally at the front edges and some of the bodywork creaks when moving off or going over bumps.
All these need fixing after 5th Jan

Great service
After such a rubbish week with my car being stolen and written off, the branch in Hoddesdon really did their best to help me out. The communication and empathy from the staff meant alot. The car was delivered promptly in time for the bank holiday weekend by Ian who was really friendly and helpful.
