Hoddesdon garage is shocking
My car was taken to the Hoddesdon garage through insurance and they returned my car without completely fixing it. Their communication and customer service is so disgustingly appalling it's embarrassing. Caused me so much unnecessary hassle, stress and frustion they aren't even worth 1 star. My car was driven despite me specifically asking for it NOT be, and was in disbelief at the £20 fuel which was contributed (despite 3 minimum 20mile journeys). They have NOT returned my last phone call or willing to give any explanation/ contact to me.

Insurance Repair
My Ecosport was in for an insurance repair. From initial call, vehicle collection and return, the whole process was seamless. The staff were polite and professional and the repair carried out to a high standard. I was particularly impressed with their online web Repair Tracker section, which kept me informed of the ongoing progress of my car. The car was returned spotless. Overall I was extremely happy with the whole operation. Thoroughly delighted. Many thanks to the whole team.

A great service in all areas
Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Had an issue from a car hire company, and these guys managed to secure a curtesy car so I could still be mobile and get my car fixed . My car got sent to Fix Auto for repair through my insurers and I couldn't have been happier with their service.
Initially it was going to take a week for the repairs to be completed, but I had my car delivered back to me within 24 hours, cleaned inside & out.
Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful - especially Rob!
