Shannon dealt with my repair booking from start to finish, she was absolutely brilliant. When there was a hiccup from my insurance end, she was there to support a resolution, and was courteous and professional throughout. I live some distance away from the service centre, and with work commitments, I couldn’t get to the centre before their closing time. Shannon stayed behind to make sure I was happy with my car repairs and complete the handover.
Could not have asked for better service.

Collection, repair and delivery were seamless. Vital when we live in a remote location. Telephone interactions regarding collection and payment of excess before release of vehicle were less polite than I would have expected - caller was very brusque in manner, but nonetheless efficient.

**Good repair, disappointing customer experience**

I collected my vehicle today following repairs at Fix Auto Inverness. I want to be fair and say that the actual repair work appears to have been completed to a good standard — the bonnet looks good and the windscreen issue appears to have been resolved satisfactorily.

Unfortunately, the customer experience surrounding the repair and collection was considerably less impressive.

I had explained that I was travelling approximately 2.5 hours each way to collect the vehicle and had taken a day off work to do so. Despite asking in advance whether the vehicle remained on schedule for collection, I was simply advised that the estimated completion date was only an estimate and that I would receive a call when the car was ready.

I arrived in Inverness at around 1:50pm and discovered that the vehicle was still being worked on, with polishing still underway, and I ultimately had to wait until after 4pm. During that time there was very little proactive communication about progress, and I was left sitting in a waiting area without even being offered a tea or coffee.

What disappointed me most was the apparent lack of recognition that customers have lives, travel arrangements and commitments outside the repair process. I appreciate that completion times can change, but good customer service is about managing those changes, communicating with people and understanding the impact on them — particularly when a customer has travelled a considerable distance specifically to collect their vehicle.

The initial presentation of the car at handover was also disappointing and did not give the impression of the level of care I would normally expect when a repaired vehicle is returned to a customer.

So, credit where it is due: I am pleased with the repair itself. However, the communication, customer care and handover experience fell well below what I would have expected.

A technically good repair was unfortunately let down by a very mechanistic customer experience.

Thank you for fixing our car so quickly. We only put the car yesterday and its ready for a collection today! Thank you for cleaning the interior also. I didn't expect that. Super fast service and easy communication. 5star!

My car required returning for 2 items to be attended to that were missed when the car was in for repairs the first time.
These items were fixed within 2 hours of dropping the car off which was very helpful because I live over 2 hours from the workshop.
However, because the items were missed the first time, this meant an extra round trip of 150 miles to the workshop. A more robust checking procedure may help to avoid items being missed.
Staff were always courteous and polite and work done to a good standard.

Repair seems very good. Car looks as good as before. Company kept us updated, well informed. Happy with it.
Exhaust fell off on the way home but that wasn't part of the repair.
