Delighted with my car thanks great job! Bit disappointed I had to fill the courtesy car with fuel but none put in mine had to refuel both cars on Thursday morning

The wiper arm was wrongly fitted and the blade hit the door pillar, which scratched the door pillar and also caused the wiper to fall apart, in heavy rain on a particularly busy section of the M6. Quite exciting when the drivers vision was already obscured by the rear view mirror having been fitted too low. The bonnet was also painted a different shade from the rest of the cab, but not a safety issue, apart from raised blood pressure it caused, especially since the vehicle wasn’t even a year old.

The colour match was poor and also confirmed by Ashgrove/Fix Auto. The additional work wasn't carried out as planned which delayed the return of the vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be completed again by lunchtime on Monday and carried on the pretence it was already delivered to its new location when it hadn't. I feel sorry for the reception team having to fend of unhappy customers and have to lie to them. I won't be using them again!

At Ashgrove Motor Repairs Inverness I was misinformed my vehicle was ready and drove for 90mins to collect repaired vehicle to find it was not correctly repaired in terms of the door repair and they hadn’t even bothered with the tow bar. Then had to organise rehiring replacement vehicle before returning home after a completely wasted day. I waited another fortnight and the vehicle was sorted I expected to be compensated for my wasted travel for no reason but after saying they’d do something about it they did not. Disappointed with the service

Nice friendly staff. They change my damaged front bumper, but the colour of new bumper is not exactly same colour. Panel is different shade. I spotted straight away because bumper is much darker. I send few emails no replies, almost 3 weeks now waiting. They give me car back hoping I don't notice the difference? They sprayed the bonnet same colour as the car. Why not blend in bumper colour with other section. When they sprayed the bonnet anyway.

Brilliant service from the whole team at Fix Auto Inverness.
Pity the job was not 5 star, if I had stayed closer to the garage I would have returned with the couple of very small imperfections in the repair but overall very happy with the service.
