The staff (reception) are very helpful and friendly. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair from first contact. They arranged collection of my vehicle at a mutually convenient time. I spoke with them on the phone several times- each time the staff were empathetic - explaining the full process when I had failed to understand procedures. Thank you for an excellent repair service.

Very impressed with the service. Car picked up and courtesy car provided. The only bugbear was I was asked to make sure there was the same amount of fuel in the hire car as when I received it. However as my car was driven to Leek and back instead of being taken on a car transporter my fuel was used. Just a little bit of a niggle that’s all. Advise you have your car picked up in future!!

They have done a fantastic job on my car and had it done sooner than what was first quote to me. Was collected and dropped off to my home.

From start to finish the service was brilliant. I was involved in a non-fault accident and my vehicle was not roadworthy. I had a holiday coming up and panicked as the car I was given as a replacement by my accident management company was not big enough and was more expensive to run than mine. Even with delays waiting for parts Fix Auto North Staffordshire managed to get my car back to me before my holiday. I was kept updated throughout by the ladies in reception and repairs were first class. Could not thank them enough. What started as a nightmare was made less stressful by this great company.

From picking up our damaged car right through to the completion of the repairs, the team at Fix Auto North Staffs were excellent. They were responsive and helpful and kept us up to date throughout the process. We didn't need to chase them at any point and they finished the repairs on schedule and did an excellent job. Tracy in particular deserves a mention for her co-ordination throughout. It has been really refreshing to deal with people who have shown such a high quality of customer service. Highly recommend the team.

My car required a front end rebuild after a slow speed slip on black ice. Unfortunately the parts required were on long back order from Japan so the work of repair could not start for many months. The work carried out was however excellent and my car was returned to me in first class condition. The staff at M&M were always very eager to help and I would be happy to recommend this entirely professional firm to anyone who, like me, is very committed to keeping their car in top condition.

Great job done. Respray of bumper and tailgate repair. My neighbour said it looked like a new car.

Great repair only took 10 days friendly staff

My car went in as it had some damage to the passenger side. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The staff were really helpful and polite. Car came back fixed, fully valeted and looking like new. The courtesy car that I had was a good little runaround for while my car was out of service. Highly recommend.

Our car took longer to fix because of parts but we were kept in the loop and informed what was happening while they had our car. Great service
