My car was involved in a minor accident…
My car was involved in a minor accident and was sent to Fix Auto in Leek. I met two excellent ladies who work on the reception- Sharne and Tracy. They were very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. After my car was booked in I went on holiday and throughout my holiday they regularly updated me with progress. When my car was ready I was extremely impressed with the quality of the repair. Overall a fabulous service.

Car repair excellent and car fully valeted before return. Good communication with company, only negative was time taken but this was due to a part shortage and out with the garages control.

Repair not complete
My car has been long than 3 weeks and they only fixed the body work from the incident but didn't look for the other issues.I received the car and the sound of the defects is clear .. but they did nothing about it

A Great Choice
From start to finish a positive experience. The office staff were great and kept me updated. Also was informed on line and texts about the status with regular updates. Courtesy car drop off and collection service was also efficient and friendly drop off driver. Last but not least excellent repair to car.
