M & M kept me informed of the progress of repair to my car. The repair work was excellent, as you cannot tell that it had been in an accident. All the staff were very helpful and very professional. I'm very happy with the repairs that were carried out.

M&M at Leek were a pleasure to deal with all their staff were always very helpful especially Sharne our repair was done very quickly and of a great standard they collected our car and dropped it off again. They are extremely professional whilst being friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their services.

Probably the best repair/body shop I’ve had to deal with, from the first call/txt/email right up until completion they were 100% on the ball not letting up once regarding getting my vehicle in for an assessment of the damage caused etc Sian was absolutely spot on which I appreciate a great deal and Tony for getting my car done and even touching up a few bits that weren’t his problem! I’d 1 million percent use M&M Leek again for sure..

He kept me up to date with the repairs to my car and he returned any queries I had promptly. Ladies on reception were also friendly and efficient, so all in all a genuinely perfect experience.

Got to say from start to finish the way it's been handled has been first class. Informed of the procedure, how long it would take etc by a lovely lady called Sian.
The driver Phil was excellent contacting me before pick up and returning the fixed car which was repaired to excellent standard.
All in all an excellent garage.

Would highly recommend this company. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. My car was taken there from North Wales after an accident. Although it took them a few weeks to repair fully I was kept informed regularly. The repair was excellent and the car cleaned before pick up. I drove to the near shops and the car wouldn’t restart I rang M & M and they sent a mechanic out immediately, I had a dead battery. He started the car and I was on my way. This was above and beyond what was necessary.

From start to finish with Sian and staff in reception nothing was a problem collected from my house damaged.... delivered back looking factory perfect. They even washed the car and dressed the tyres...it's not looked like that since I bought it... Nick Walker the delivering driver even reversed it into the driveway....what a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service...again many thanks to M+M of Leek
