If I could give you 0 I would your manager at Park Royal has the charisma of a stale fish. Absolutely abnxious and believes that in his own words the service you offer is not about customer service. He believes estimated dates of completing works should be continuous dates with no end time because thats 'industry standard'. He believes that to complete works on a vehicle should take 4 weeks and does not even know when the vehicle had come in to the garage and apparently you as a company sit on quotes for 2 weeks plus. Absolutely obnoxious and his only resolution is I will phone the insurance company. I would never have such a disgusting person with as stated the customer service of a prehormonal teenager without the ability to descelate a situation and with no statements on your website that states as he said that you are Hyundai approved. I will undoubtedly recommending that no work my company undertakes be completed at your garage. When I do get the survey from my company asking about your services I will not neglect to regurgitate the statement above. I hope never to have the displeasure in using your garage again. However the only upside was the 2 times I called and spoke to a female receptionist she was professional and courteous. You're apparent 'Manager' couldn't manage himself let alone a garage. I have never in my life written a negative review on any forum let alone here. However I was compelled at his disgusting behaviour inability to apologise for the delay or infact listen without talking over someone and I gave as good as he gave and matched his equally abnoxious energy because he believed I wanted not to call to not get my car back but to have a go at him as he put it. I will also be writing directly to your head office after research as he said that he is at the end of the line of management so I couldn't speak to anyone else. Again another lie. If it takes you're garage 4 plus weeks to fix a bumper and headlight so help us God he did not make Prime minister during Covid because we would all be dead. I am sure it is him who reviews these statements and I hope he gets a good understanding that no one cares about his experience in the industry or industry standard or even the displeasure having to talk to him. We just want our cars back in time frame that is reasonable and does not cost our lively hoods.
EDITED FOLLOWING REPLY 26/09/2023 The response states it is completely personal because you offer a service it's called customer service which is a personal service. IN additional I would not care in the slightest had you made it personal because unfortunately you're reactiona was personal over the phone when commenting 'i know you' you not know me. You are not paying me to be a customer I am paying you through my years of insurance premiums to complete a service. The 'facts'offered by the manager are not those offered on the phone. It was stated on the phone the car was not received until the 8th September not the 4th where it was aaid the quote was approved. No mention was made of the parts arriving at anytime on the 18th September. A effective two way conversation involves actually listening and not talking over a customer. Reference is made to the many good reviews. 18% of reviews are 1 star that means 18 out every 100 customer was entirely unhappy with you're service. I have read every review and they predominantly relate to customer service so I suggest that auto fix look to implement some training in how they deal with customer service.
The final completion date is stated as being this Thursday however last week Friday was confirmed to be the last day for QC so clearly the repairs had not even started when stated.

Fix Auto Park Royal was recommended to me by my insurance company following damage to my car whilst it was parked. My car was assessed, booked in for collection, collected from home and repaired and returned within few weeks. Although not returned in timeframe given but I had no issues as I rather waited then rush the task at hand. Very reliable and good service.

Fix Auto were easy to contact and were happy for that to be via email or by telephone.
When I received an alert (more than once) from the manufacturer that the car's battery was in critical condition the company responded and dealt with the issue. The company could easily have reacted in a less positive way.
The handover was comprehensive and prompt after the repair had been completed.
I have driven the car for a couple of weeks since the repair and I have had no issues, nor any alerts from the car's computerised systems.

I left my car for repairs. Just a small scratch on the front bumper. I was given an estimated date for completion of repairs in 2 weeks. Now I can't take my car back either. I ve had the same issue repaired by other garage within 2 days. Unfortunately I had to go to them through insurance. My car was damaged in mid June. They gave me an appointment for damage inspection early July. I brought my car for repairs 19th of July. Repair to be completed 2nd of August. Very very very slow service.

Good customer service but there was miscommunication between Auxillis and Fix Auto which delayed car being fixed sooner. This is the only item that stopped me awarding five stars
