First class service
My accident occurred on 29 December 2025 but fortunately it was still drivable.I explained I had arranged a vacation from the 3 February until 3 March 2026 and needed the car up to the day before I left. Fix auto suggested they collect the car on 2 February and return it when it was complete while I was on holiday. When I returned my car was on my drive. I inspected the repair and it was first class. Thank you Fixauto Portsmouth for a first class repair and first class service.

Our car was involved in an accident. After speaking to our insurance company they gave us the name of Fix Auto to carry out the reply. From the first call and then the return of our car, it was a very good experience. The workmanship was of a high standard.
The courtesy car was also of a good standard.

Not unhappy with results nor the guys…
Not unhappy with results nor the guys originally communicating with me however, front of house person who answered phone was less than helpful to the point of being patronising and the repair took significantly longer than expected - admittedly over christmas but had not expected them to be closed until the 5th Jan, took 2 working weeks. Was also lumped with the cost of repairing a worn/split tyre on the courtesy car!

We're sorry to hear about the phone experience and the repair timeline. unfortunately as you know we did have our Christmas shutdown, as did many of our suppliers which probably caused the parts delay, tyres I'm afraid are the responsibility of the driver as well as any windscreen damage, we do try to help where possible but ultimately cannot cover the cost of replacements. We will address the communication issues.
