The repair was delayed as my car was mislaid.
FX couldn't located my car for a week.
I made a call to Admiral Insurance & the car was located & delivered to FX the same day (1 weeks delay as a result).
A 1 week repair ended up as 2 weeks which was frustrating.

A smooth process from start to finish. It was organised that I dropped my car off at Enterprise for Fix Auto to collect on 18/09/25 and I collected my hire car at the same time. I had phone calls and text messages to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle and then on 23/09/25, I as told it was ready and it will be dropped back to Enterprise for me to collect and return my hire car.

We we were never kept informed, we had to keep chasing them.
My car was kept for over 2 weeks just for a bumper and light after being told all parts were with them.

We always appreciate feedback. however I'm afraid you have told some untruths here and our other customer deserve to know, we did have your car for just over two weeks but it was not just the bumper and light, there was heavy damage to the rear panel behind your bumper, damage to the tailgate and the rear quarter panel, we had only seen the images you sent us prior to your car coming in, so often things are worse when stripped. also the accusation we drove your car "few hundred miles" ( and you told the insurer over 300 miles) you have calculated from the time you had sent us the initial images when the car was being driven by you, we always image vehicles in and out for this reason, we have photographic evidence that your car came in with 65018 and was left in your care at 65019 so not even 1 mile driven. i can see that you did most of the calling in but you were informed, i can see that our handover images show that there were no warning light on your dashboard but we were accused of creating one, we did offer to look at this as goodwill but you have not taken us up on the offer. i presume you have no issues with the repair itself but if you did you have a full lifetime warranty. Thank you.
