First Class Service
Excellent service. Received a call when the car arrived for repair followed by prompt delivery of courtesy car. When courtesy car was delivered I was given a full brief on its workings. I then received an email detailing what work was being carried out. This was an insurance claim and from the garage receiving the vehicle to being returned to me was 5 days. Very impressive service and very nice people. Holly very friendly and helpful

Great experience
Can't fault, great experience, quick with collection, kept in contact throughout repair progress, car was returned sooner the orginaly thought considering it was over the christmas holidays, very professional from start to finish

The work on my vehicle was done by top professional, the time the vehicle was in the body shop was very short under the time estimated, I was always kept up to date of progress by text or phone call, all round very good company highly recommended.

WORST SERVICE
WORST SERVICE ! LIARS! INSURANCE TOOK MY CAR TO THEM FOR BODY WORK ISSUES AND IT CAME BACK WITH A DAMAGED SCREEN AND THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND LEFT ME IN A LOSS ! I WOULDNT ADVICE USING THEM !

Requested a quote over three weeks ago…
Requested a quote over three weeks ago for winter ready service and 2 repairs on recommendation from the person who did the diagnostic. Gave details to the receptionist with my phone number. She she said she would work on it and contact me. Still waiting! Doesn't instill confidence in competence of FX Auto.
Have booked in for a quote elsewhere.

Couldn't have been happier
I recently had a crash in my car and my insurance company arranged for Fix Auto to get in touch. I was extremely impressed with the experience. The very next day, they dropped me off a fantastic hire car and took mine off for repairs. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated on the progress on the repair and it was done 5 days ahead of schedule. They called to let me know and the very next day dropped off my car and collected the hire car. The repair work was absolutely perfect and my car was delivered back to me in immaculate condition. The staff I came into contact with were also extremely friendly.
For any future work I need doing on my car I will definitely be using Fix Auto.

Fix Autos did a fine job
Not being a mechanic or knowing about body work repairs, I had decided before it went in for repairs to have my mechanic have a look after the works were completed.
My first impression was vey good, and this was confirmed with two mechanics who had it on a ramp and looked over all the work carefully. They were very impressed with the work, and I was very pleased. I would have no problem recommending this family business. Not only the work was five star but all communication, between me reception and the mechanics was also five star.
Being hit by another car and trying to sort it out was stressful, but in the end I couldn’t be more pleased with the garage side of things. Many thank. A. Nield.

Excellent customer service from both Holly the receptionist and Ian who did the quote for the repair of my wifes Lexus. Once booked in, the repair was carried out to a very high standard and was very reasonably priced. We were kept informed of the progress and I would highly reccomend Fix Auto. Excellent customer service. Holly & Ian made regular contact, they advised the damage to vehicle, and explained each stage of repair.
