5 month old RS6
My car was collected and taken to the Rochester garage. I was contacted when it arrived there and how long a rough appraisal of the damage would take. As I’d only had the car for 5 months, they were very understanding with my concerns about the repairs. They even arranged for me to visit them and discuss the process and explained the standards they have to work to as an Audi approved repairer. I was given a contact number and told I could ring with any questions and for updates whenever I wanted. Four weeks later and time to collect. The repair was really great and as hard as I looked, could find anything that looked wrong. Panel gaps, colour matches and cleanliness of the vehicle were brilliant. Thanks.
Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, thanks guys.

Excellent service starting with the pricing of the repairs and the polite and helpful staff on hand at the workshop.
The collection and return of my car was managed perfectly, the driver was extremely helpful and very efficient in her work.
The repairs were done to the usual high standard that I have come to expect from Fix Auto and I cannot thank the staff enough for their work.

First Class Service
Excellent service. Received a call when the car arrived for repair followed by prompt delivery of courtesy car. When courtesy car was delivered I was given a full brief on its workings. I then received an email detailing what work was being carried out. This was an insurance claim and from the garage receiving the vehicle to being returned to me was 5 days. Very impressive service and very nice people. Holly very friendly and helpful

WORST SERVICE
WORST SERVICE ! LIARS! INSURANCE TOOK MY CAR TO THEM FOR BODY WORK ISSUES AND IT CAME BACK WITH A DAMAGED SCREEN AND THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND LEFT ME IN A LOSS ! I WOULDNT ADVICE USING THEM !

Requested a quote over three weeks ago for winter ready service and 2 repairs on recommendation from the person who did the diagnostic. Gave details to the receptionist with my phone number. She she said she would work on it and contact me. Still waiting! Doesn't instill confidence in competence of FX Auto.
Have booked in for a quote elsewhere.
