Courteous Staff, Good Repair
Car collected from home, slight problem re courtesy car but easily remedied. Personnel kept in touch with us re every stage of repair and anticipated return date. Very pleased with repair and finish. After care call to us as well.

Fix Auto Rochester - Outstanding service
Fix Auto Rochester were very approachable from the first phone call I made to enquire about a repair to my Citroen C3, to visiting them in person they were knowledgeable and very thorough when assessing the damage to my car and providing an estimate of the cost of repair. Whilst my car was kept in, I was kept updated with e-mails and text messages and I was given a lift back home by a friendly member of staff. All of the staff at Fix Auto provided excellent customer care and were happy to answer any questions. I was impressed by the high standard of repair and valeting when I picked up my car, it looked brand new again. Thank you Fix Auto.

All work completed on time.
They picked up and dropped off the vehicle on time which was on time, had a slight problem with mark but once the video came through it was all cleared up.

5 month old RS6
My car was collected and taken to the Rochester garage. I was contacted when it arrived there and how long a rough appraisal of the damage would take. As I’d only had the car for 5 months, they were very understanding with my concerns about the repairs. They even arranged for me to visit them and discuss the process and explained the standards they have to work to as an Audi approved repairer. I was given a contact number and told I could ring with any questions and for updates whenever I wanted. Four weeks later and time to collect. The repair was really great and as hard as I looked, could find anything that looked wrong. Panel gaps, colour matches and cleanliness of the vehicle were brilliant. Thanks.
Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, thanks guys.

Excellent service starting with the pricing of the repairs and the polite and helpful staff on hand at the workshop.
The collection and return of my car was managed perfectly, the driver was extremely helpful and very efficient in her work.
The repairs were done to the usual high standard that I have come to expect from Fix Auto and I cannot thank the staff enough for their work.
