The whole process was easy from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, polite and efficient. Was without my car for a week but had been pre-warned about this. Collection and delivery was a definite bonus.

It was a blessing for me to get the car collected and delivered back to home. Provided a pretty new courtesy car as well. The team was able to reach over the phone easily and very friendly to discuss the issues. Also, the person who delivered the car took time to explain things patiently.
