Broken clips not replace on the car
Broken clips not replace on the car, this was a new car, in perfect condition prior to accident, but I have found clips to be snapped and not replaced.
There response and customer service to resolve this issue is impeccable. Kevin customer service is second to none. Couldn’t fault the service response.

Great experience and outcome
Excellent communication, great service and a very good outcome with the car. They did a thorough examination of the vehicle damage and gave an accurate estimate of timescales for repair. They collected and returned the car when they said they would. All staff were very courteous and made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you!

Properly repaired
I found Fix Auto/Perfect Paint easy to talk to and they did a lovely job of repairing the front of my Jaguar F-Type R. They researched the special order paint in order to match it properly. I've just had the car MoT tested (independently) and they confirmed that everything had been put back together properly.
