Very disappointed of the service
Very disappointed of the service. After two months fighting to get our car sorted, needed to talk to a main dealer to sort some parts out, and chasing them up daily. Finally we got our car back, but even more disappointed. On both front doors thresholds we get some strange deep scratches. They hold our car longer then we drove it or enjoyed (we just got it a week before the accident). They tried to blame us for the dents, but the car was spot on before their repairs. Really sad, we'll never go back, even if we have to change our insurers. Try to avoid

The delay on your car repair was due to the fact that Hyundai could not supply all the parts required to facilitate the repair , the grille and bonnet for your car were unavailable at the time of ordering and as
your car was in an unroadworthy condition you were unable to use it . This was communicated to you as soon as we were made aware by the Hyundai parts supplier . We requested a national
search for the parts but unfortunately had to wait until they were available in the UK . This situation was out of our control , parts do sometimes go on ‘back order’ due to lack of supply with many manufacturers. Covid has increased the problem causing stress and inconvenience for car owners and repairers alike . A courtesy car was supplied to you during this time , it is never our intension to extend repair time frames unnecessarily.
The damage to your car /deep scratches have been caused by the seatbelt buckles being shut in the doors , several times by their appearance . This is quite common and we see it on many cars . We
had no reason to use your seatbelts and I cannot see how this damage to more than one door aperture could have been caused whilst you car was in our care .

Dear Mr Stefan. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the repairs to your vehicle. Having looked at our file I can see we fitted an exhaust to your vehicle after which you reported other issues. Your insurance company advised for you to take your vehicle to the main dealer who found that the issues with your vehicle were not incident or repair related. A full report from the main dealer was sent to your insurance company who I then understand contacted you to discuss. We had no further involvement on this.
