Absolutely fabulous customer service from M&M, Longton. The repair company kept in touch throughout the process with updates on the repair timescales. Super repair work. Cannot tell there ever was any damage on my car.
And I was able to leave the hire car with them at the end of the process. They took care of everything. Amazing!
As a bonus - my car was valeted before the handover. Gorgeous. Thank you!
Special shout out to Nicky the receptionist, who was the lady who communicated with me throughout the repairs process. Very polite, professional, friendly and helpful person.
She also very kindly offered to help me drive my car out of the yard for me as it was a bit tight and I struggled to readjust to a manual again after driving an automatic hire car for a week. Thank you Nicky! You're a star ✴️

Excellent repair
After our vehicle was damaged by a side-on collision with a lorry who hadn't seen us, our Insurer passed our car to M+M Vehicle Repair in Longton. Our car has sustained significant damage to all the panels on the driver's side, along with a wheel. M&M had the car for quite a few weeks as the damage was more substantial than originally thought. However, we were always contacted with updates, especially whenever a completion date has to be extended. When we finally had the car returned we were amazed at the quality of the repair, it was outstanding. The car looked as good as new. It had been a harrowing experience being hit by this lorry on the motorway but at least thanks to M+M it had a happy ending. Thank you so much.

Not all the damage from the accident was repaired and the repairer has come to the conclusion that it wasn’t from the accident where the lady who hit me admitted to every damage.

We explained that this was not indicated on the original instruction from the insurance. However we have taken images of the damage you pointed out to us advising it was all part of the same incident and we have referred this back to your insurers for you. As soon as they come back to us and confirmed we can proceed with this extra damage, we will be in touch to re schedule repairs with you. Apologies for any inconvenience and we hope to have the resolved shortly.
Accident Repair
My car was involved in an accident and the lower rear boot section was all scuffed and had to have a repair a full respray to the boot section. M&M based in Longton carried out the work and the whole process from start the assessment to the finish the repair has been brilliant no fuss just smooth and the end result 4 days later they have done a brilliant job!

An excellent job done
An excellent job done. Car looks like new. Only criticism was the time taken -8 weeks - but that was due to Land Rover not M&M!

Excellent service
Some delay in waiting for parts but I was kept well informed of progress. Staff were always very helpful and pleasant. The work completed was excellent and some additional issues were also dealt with at my request. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend
