The M and M Experience
The estimator was very thorough on inspecting the damage. The reception team were top class and answered any queries I had face to face and by telephone. On collecting my vehicle the receptionist accompanied us to our car on a wet and very windy afternoon and was very pleasant on the drop off and collect days. Very professional service.

Too awful to even explain fully but steer clear of Stoke on Trent franchise! Cancellation of insurance repair without notice after over a month of being booked in, caused me to lose a day's earnings as I'm self employed, no apology (in fact I was told, 'it's just one of those things!'), and then a subsequent message to say they were fully booked and they wouldn't be able to give me any date at all as to when my car could be repaired. Isn't it the nature of your business to repair cars?! It's like going to the supermarket and being told there's no food! Why accept the job from Auxillis if you don't have the resources to complete it?! Please be warned...

Good afternoon, Mrs Howdle. We are sorry to hear of how unhappy you are and sincerely apologise for the upset this has caused you and confirm that it is of no advantage to us if this does not happen. At the time of arranging the book in date with you, we then processed the order for any parts required. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for numerous delivery dates to be given and sometimes the parts turn up without notice just prior to the expected date, which was what we were hoping for. We update all our customers the day before they are due to come into us and this is generally done the morning before but because we had an expected delivery that afternoon, we made the decision to wait. Unfortunately, your items were not included and we then had to contact you 4.30pm the day before. This is not ideal, and I now see, it was the wrong decision in your case but had the parts arrived, no cancellation would have been necessary. Unfortunately, the resource issue and supply chain, is a huge problem and not just restricted to the repair industry but we are seeing this extend to others including the supermarkets. I can see your parts are still on order but please contact the site directly to confirm if you wish us to change direction with the claim and repairs and we will do everything we can to facilitate this for you.

Car went in for bodywork repairs…
Car went in for bodywork repairs through my insurance company. Great standard of work. Car looks like new now. Had to wait for a few parts to be delivered. Claire was very helpful and professional over the phone throughout the repair and when I had any questions she sorted things and made the experience less of a hassle.

Renault clio repair
I am very pleased with your repair of my Renault clio. Having extensive damage to the front and rear of my car I was extremely worried my car would never be the same however I was proven very wrong by the team. The repair was very professional and good attention to detail in my opinion. I am over the moon as I now have the car back I love which I didn't think was possible. Thanks again. Replaced a part that wasn’t needed and poor colour match
Replaced a part that wasn’t needed, in our opinion. Resprayed the whole back end of the car when the only damage was a very minor scrape and the result is now a poor colour match to the rest of the paintwork. They use the excuse that it’s because paint takes differently to plastic than to metal. But a very small “localised” repair to the very small 50mm scrape would have been adequate and avoided this. Quite disappointed as it feels that it’s ruined a six month old car! Hopefully over time it may fade and become acceptable. Other than that, staff were all very friendly and delivery driver very pleasant and professional.

A full explanation has been given regarding parts replacement which has been justified and submitted to the insurance company with their agreement. All repairs to the rear bumper also justified and localised to that area not the whole rear of the vehicle.
