Repair completed to a high standard but could have better customer service always had to chase them for updates was originally quoted 25th February eventually got the car back on 26th March realise that spare parts were difficult to source but the occasional call with updates would have been good

Very slow to repair and return car and when they said it was going to be available it was not. due to waiting on a part and needed calibration of a sensor. The courtesy car was not good for a car just under 4 years old. It had a warning light on the dashboard, back window wiper was hanging off and didn't clean the rear window in dirty conditions and boot door was jammed closed and wasn't able to open it all.

Fix Auto Tayside did a great job on my Fiat 500. My driver side door was dented and scratched after an incident, and my insurer sent me to them. All staff at the business were prompt, helpful and kind. My Fiat was fixed within 5 business days, with a provided courtesy car.

Very polite and respectful. Picked up car and delivered it back on schedule and let us know when this would happen. They could make better use of the online dashboard to update more regularly and give information about the repair.

Service was adequate but not exceptional. Repairs seem to be carried out to a good standard. This job was through someone else’s insurance and this company was chosen by them. The costs of the repairs seem very expensive considering the damage to the car. If I was paying for the repairs myself, I would not be using this company.

repair looks brilliant but having a work van 2 days longer after its ready because its not been seen by quality control doing me out on 2 days work didnt sit right with me.

Excellent service from this branch (Broughty Ferry). Hassle free from start to finish. Very courteous driver picked up my car and returned it within estimated timescale.

Recently had my EV6 repaired. Good communication, and staff were always very polite and helpful. Repair quality was outstanding. Car handed back having been thoroughly cleaned inside and out.

The service from the garage from collection to return of my vehicle was great, delivery and collection of a courtesy vehicle made things so much easier and no hassles at all during the repair process.

There seemed to be rather a long delay in getting from the point of the claim till any action. Even then between notification and actual start of the repair was longer than I expected also the repair took longer than initially suggested.

Kind, friendly trmeam. Explained everything on first visit and then kept in touch and got an earlier than expected date for the repair.
