Great service and results. Everyone I spoke to at the company was very friendly and the work was done ahead of schedule. I was kept up-to-date fully and also had great service for the temporary replacement car.

The whole experience of car repair was trouble free. My car was collected from home. The courtesy car delivered to me. Car repair was carried out in a timely way. Repair was excellent. All the staff were helpful including Dee and Lorna.

Very quick and easy experience when dealing with Dee or Lorna. Kept fully up to date with how the repair was progressing. Either by e-mail or phone contact. Car was in and repaired within 8 days and includes a repair certificate. This guarantees the work, parts and paintwork of the vehicle and can be transferred to any new owner.

Excellent service from start to finish. Multiple phone call updates and via email. Dee and Lorna were very friendly and helpful with everything including sorting me out with a courtesy car. My car looks brand new with perfect colour matching. Last minute additions to address wheel scuffs were accommodated without delay on the main job also.

and I washed and vacuumed the courtesy car. It was good to get my car back.

Of all the companies that have worked on my car on an insurance claim in the last 20 years Fix Auto Weston Super Mare is the best for the following reasons;
1 They called promptly to arrange pick up and did exactly what they said they would do
2 They called up and asked about another scrape on my car and offered to fix it at a good price.
3 They told me how the work was progressing.
4 They returned it at the time and place requested
5 The car is immaculate- fabulous repair but they also tightened up the brakes without charging me.
