Car collected August 19 for body repairs. Informed when car was in body shop and work being done.
Called today august 27 to say car was ready to be collected. Excellent service. Repaired sooner than I had expected. Staff all excellent. Very kind and polite. Very pleased with all the work.

Dee provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way while my car was being repaired. When I called back to clarify a detail I wasn’t sure about, she was prompt, helpful, and resolved the issue quickly. I really appreciated her professionalism and support.

Excellent communication with Dee and Lorna who explained everything carefully and kept me up to date, getting the car returned for the weekend for me. Very happy with the work, they even washed and valeted the car. Super delivery driver, sadly I didn’t get his name, and even a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. Excellent all round.

I had an excellent experience, my car was repaired 2 days before expected and the staff were very accommodating when I asked to leave my rental car at the site and when I asked to deliver it to them the evening before. I was impressed with the quality of the work!

Great experience at Fix Auto Weston Super-mare
Had my car fixed at Fix Auto Weston Super-mare and the experience was great. The communication was very good. I was called to bring in the car only after the part arrived and everything was ready. I got my car back ahead of schedule and the work done on it was excellent (new door fitted and painted). Car was washed and super clean as well.

Lorna has been absolutely brilliant
Lorna has been absolutely brilliant. I went in this morning after having conflicting reports about my car and she sorted it all out for me straight away. She even arranged for my car to be ready earlier. Although we are waiting on one small part for the car, she could see how disappointed I had been and has arranged that when the part comes into garage, I just need to pop back and she will get the guys to fit it straight away.

A pleasure to deal with Fix Auto
After the trauma of an RTA, it was a pleasure to deal with Fix Auto. From the outset the staff (and particularly Lorna) were helpful, efficient and friendly. The entire repair process was dealt with within the suggested timescale and in a highly professional manner. The end result, to my untrained eye, is excellent.
